We love going here. The ceiling is beautiful. We sponsored for two years but last year we missed so many shows and gave our tickets away sonwe didnt do it this year. Miss the lady that did run it. The shows are getting better. Love the yearly show that the civic club puts on but most of the singers need... More

The theater itself is so unique and perfect. The box seats make it difficult to see some sections of the stage but give room for little ones to move around or relax on the floor as needed. If you ask when ordering tickets they will tell you the impacted view for that particular play/event. For those going with children the... More

The Grand Opera House is a lovely place to enjoy many different types of entertainment. There are very few poor seats in the house, although the balcony seating is not good for men with long legs!

Pretty much anywhere you sit in the theater, you can see pretty good. There are a few dead spots behind pillars, so just steer clear of those when picking your seats. Very pretty inside...we always go to see the Nutcracker here every year.

I've seen many musical and theatrical productions here and have enjoyed all of them, but the uncomfortable seating is an issue.

I visit The Grand annually for John Berry's Christmas show. Great atmosphere and not too large. Good acoustics. Auditorium is beautiful.

I attended the performance of Cinderella several times. I like the facility. The architecture seems to be well preserved, you feel like you are in the actual time frame in which the theater was built.

It is always a treat to see a show or concert at the Grand. Beautiful, historic theater. Not a bad seat in the house.

Went to Macon GA Grand Opera House last night (3/27/15) to see and hear "3 Redneck Tenors". On a 1 to 10 talent scale these guys are a solid "11"! Two hours of the finest singing I have heard in a long, long time. And they do it all: comedy, pop, television theme songs and - perhaps the best of... More
