You'll probably have to rent a car to get to this beach. The road there is beat up, but the parking is ample and there is a security guard. Extremely clean and great snorkeling with the most interesting fish we saw on our trip. Free and easy!

If you are a strong swimmer head out through the reef to the deepest part of the ocean here. Amazing snorkelling. You must be a reasonable swimmer because it can be difficult to get back through the reef if strong swells. There are ropes to help with this, but go with a local!

The beach is pretty and the reef is pretty nice, also. The road isn't marked very well and we had a little difficulty finding it,

It is a far drive but worth it. In it lies the island's paradise, if youre lucky you'll find it or a local can take you.

this beach offered decent snorkeling with my 6-year old. its too bad the coral has been damaged so much from careless people walking on it.

The Obyan beach has probably one of the best lagoon on the island. Is rich of Tropical fishes of many different kinds. To enter in the water is also quite easy, as it's less shallow then elsewhere.

We went on a day that was a little low tide. The beach is amazing and the water crystal clear. I was happily snorkeling in the shallows when i saw a family with a small child feeding fish under the water. I told them to stop and the reasons, and they sad that they would take it into consideration. It's... More

Visited the beach on a Saturday lunchtime, I was the fourth person there, and the only other person in the water. The water is warm and fish are active, but you do have to swim our a bit, to the break, to see the wall. Great snorkelling. There was a security gard watching over the cars, a couple of dive... One of my favorite beaches on the island. Usually calm and clear water inside the reef makes for good snorkeling. It is more of a local beach and you may be invited to join a bbq by some friendly locals if you visit this beach on the weekend.

Great place to dive. The visibility is outstanding and it's a nice easy dive. Might be a bit of a challenge to find it but well worth it. Have security so no need to concern yourself with theft. Even if you don't dive, the beach is nice and due to the shallowness of the water, you can get up close... More
