Its a bit of a drive down a rough road, but worth it for the beach snorkeling. Go in the late afternoon.

A night dive on a deserted beach, a little difficult getting out past the rocky shore, and then explodes in to gullies and rocky outcrops. Highlight was to come across the tiniest octopus that I have ever seen, at about 1 1/2 cms in size.

Water is the cleanest on Island. Probably cleaner than most beaches I've been to in the Pacific Ocean. No bathrooms or showers. The parks and recreation crews could do a better job cleaning the fallen trees and debris a bit better but the beach and water were gorgeous.

You'll probably have to rent a car to get to this beach. The road there is beat up, but the parking is ample and there is a security guard. Extremely clean and great snorkeling with the most interesting fish we saw on our trip. Free and easy!

If you are a strong swimmer head out through the reef to the deepest part of the ocean here. Amazing snorkelling. You must be a reasonable swimmer because it can be difficult to get back through the reef if strong swells. There are ropes to help with this, but go with a local!

The beach is pretty and the reef is pretty nice, also. The road isn't marked very well and we had a little difficulty finding it,

It is a far drive but worth it. In it lies the island's paradise, if youre lucky you'll find it or a local can take you.

this beach offered decent snorkeling with my 6-year old. its too bad the coral has been damaged so much from careless people walking on it.

The Obyan beach has probably one of the best lagoon on the island. Is rich of Tropical fishes of many different kinds. To enter in the water is also quite easy, as it's less shallow then elsewhere.

We went on a day that was a little low tide. The beach is amazing and the water crystal clear. I was happily snorkeling in the shallows when i saw a family with a small child feeding fish under the water. I told them to stop and the reasons, and they sad that they would take it into consideration. It's... More
