Of course, no family holiday to the Gold Coast is complete without a visit to a theme park, and this holiday was no different to the many others we've taken over the years. We hadn't been to Dreamworld for some time, but with the kids a little older now (pre-teen and teenager with friend), it seemed a good time to... More

Queues moved quickly although the extreme heat played havoc with a number of rides. Food expensive as with all theme parks.

Dreamworld has the best theme park rides filled with adrenaline in the Gold Coast. The line waits are quite long, but don't let that deter you from leaving. The rides are amazing and you feel so good afterwards. The food is quite expensive, so pack some food and water.

Took the kids to dream world in 2013 , which was absolutely brilliant, didn't want to leave , went back while holidaying in Brisbane 2015 , to white water world , GREAT value for money , food and drink is not over priced at both parks ( which are only separated by a fence ) so very convenient for those... A must do (at least once) when visiting the Gold Coast. The family ticket packages are good value and can get you access across a few days if you want to spread the excitement. We went a week prior to school holidays and the line waits were very good. I think I'd avoid during peak periods as the fun would... More

It has been 4 years since I last visited Dreamworld, and I was a bit skeptical about going again, as I had recently been to Disneyland and Disneyworld and I was afraid that I would make unfair comparisons. I was so glad that we made the effort to go, because the new refurbishments were great. Gone is the old Spongebob... More

My family really enjoyed Dreamworld! The Tigers are a must see. A better laid out park than the others and more food options.

Spent the afternoon here after Whitewater World. Our teenagers enjoyed the thrill rides & taking photos with the characters. I enjoyed going into the Big Brother 2014 house. Long walk but enjoyed seeing it for myself, looks so much bigger on TV, couldn't believe how small it actually was. There was lots of shaded areas we sat under waiting for... More

Expensive, dirty, tired and poorly managed. The place was desperately overcrowded for the facilities available within it and I felt trapped and fleeced from the start to the end of the day. The feeding options on offer were pretty exclusively unhealthy, fast food and available only after a mamoth wait in long queues unshielded from the sun ... . The... More

Of course travelling to these destinations during off peak periods is not viable for everyone. My family of 5 did and it was a wonderful experience! My Children aged 12, 9 and 7 had an absolute ball!! The waiting times were very reasonable and therefore we could enjoy ALL the rides and get value for money! We purchased a 3... More
