We loved that this beach was quieter and less crowded than Wailea. Similar views and snorkeling, we were able to swim just around the rocks on the left side and see huge turtles. We saw them there for 3 of the 4 mornings that we were nearby.

grab your gear, great reefs to see at this beach. Good swimming for all family. Lots of shade, and restrooms. Parking lots is small so go early to get a spot. Take a picnic lunch, very good place to hang out for a day.

This beach is perfect for families with young children. There is lots shade and the waves are very gentle. The beach is also very beautiful with powder sand like the other beaches. There is also fantastic snorkelling. My husband saw 3 huge turtles by the rocks on the right. Hard to find shade on the good beaches and it's too... More

Another very nice beach along the Wailea Beach Path. Ulua Beach is almost to the northern-end of this path adjacent to Mokapu Beach to the north.

This was a very beautiful beach, like most beaches in Hawaii. I would highly recommend it to travelers.

Seas were rough the day we went and were unable to snorkel. Ended up spending time at the Infinity pool at the hotel instead

What can I say? Hawaii is wonderful. Nice white sand, warm water, safe snorkeling. It was grand. We loved the beach, and the condos. Had a great time with family.

There are actually two beaches here, next to each other. Ulua Beach on the left and Mokapu beach on the right. They are both public beaches, don't be scared by the ANdAZ resort gazebo at the entrance of Mokapu beach. The Entry to Ulua beach merges into a private path, but the beach access is allowed through the path. Ulua... More

Beautiful beach, no lifeguard, Great snorkeling. Parking not so great if you get there too late. During whale season, there are naturalists from Pacific Whale Foundation there to provide excellent inforamation regarding the whales.

Between the Andaz and Fairmont, the beach is popular for scuba and on the Wailea Beach Path. Decent parking and not too far from south Kehei.
