We took brisk walks every morning for a week along this beautiful walkway. It can get quite busy so expect to walk in single file and to the right because there are joggers, walkers, strollers and baby strollers. No dogs and skate boards allowed which really helps the flow. We loved the people watching, the property envy, as well as... More

Loved walking here with our family at any time of day. Great views everywhere you look, a nice paved path for strollers/etc, and good people watching too.

Okay, I am being cute. The view to the sea and the shore are pretty amazing looking out over the rocks are whales and all sorts of human creatures. Looking inland view range from my worst dream on a crowded tour ship to condos that would cost me my vacation expenditure in one day. The path is wonderful if you... More

Wonderful place to walk off nighttime excess. Follows the beach so is winding. Has some easy elevation. One historical area towards the Eastern end. Watch out for joggers.

The best part of our stay in Wailea was the coastal walk. So much to see and enjoy. Beautiful natural and man-made wonders. Only wish the path was wider - it can get very busy and you find yourself bouncing off of joggers and strollers

In the morning or any time this nice oceanfront path has many walkers on it....which is nice to see so many people of all ages so active. Wonderful ocean views, beautifully landscaped, nice hotels/villas.......and then the whales too. It would be nice if it could be widened in a few spots and even lengthened.......but otherwise perfect. Highly recommend.

Positively it is a great experience to walk this trail early morning and watch the whales in action. Mama whales nursing their newborns, and males fighting to show of and become the number one contender for next seasons' mate. The walk has someups and downs, but it is mostly easy walking. The only danger comes from runners who are trying... More

This trail is busy in the morning. A jogger might find it frustrating, and even at a walking pace there is a lot of single file/passing etc. A few nice coffee spots, one at the Mariott and another further south. This is a lovely walk but busy in the morning. I was staying at the Mariott and stopped at a... More

We came and did this walk about 4 times during our recent stay of 8 days in Maui. It's more crowded with joggers and walkers in the morning hours - so our favorite time was about 1 hour before sunset and then stay through sunset. Less crowded. Fun walking in front of the nice resorts in Wailea. We loved the... More
