Just perfect...fine sand, calm water, beautiful vista! No large rocks. Access from the Wailea Beach Walk if you're not staying at one of the hotels.

This beach is right next door to the Marriott, and a quick walk to get to from there. Not crowded, and a pretty setting. I'll agree that high tide does limit the sand area, so try not to go then. The water is pretty calm for snorkeling, but you have to swim out a bit to see the cooler stuff.... More

waters calm enough to swim in. nice sandy bottom and no rocks! This is a resort only area, so the beach was not crowded at all.

Great beach for kids. Much calmer than other spots we saw in Hawaii. No big rocks to brush up against. Tried to learn to paddle board here and when the wind picked up with was a little difficult. If staying at one of the hotels there I would recommend watersports in the early morning.

This beach was spectacular. The crystal clear water was so calming. There were some good sized waves to ride but nothing too dangerous.

Beautifully maintained grounds right next to the resort areas, you can park fairly close and it's not too crowded. Beautiful spot!

Wailea is like an extension of Keawakapu on the south end. It's a beautiful beach but high tide can limit the amount of sand to sit on until it recedes. It isn't nearly as long as Keawakapu.

Nicest part of the island! Flowers everywhere, beautiful landscaping, great views and wonderful beachfronts. The hotels here are grand and the restaurants are state-of-the-art. Great shopping too!

Not much more to say here. Just a spectacular beach in Maui in front of the best resort hotels on the island.

My family and I liked that our hotel was ocean front. It was quiet and not overcrowded. The beach was very clean; as well as the ocean water. Also, the best sunset we had ever seen.
