Coffee in the morning

My wife and I could walk from our place in the morning and get fresh coffee there so that is nice. There are enough shops that you an get almost everything you need.

If, you are a shopper, you need to be willing to pay the price or do a lot of browsing. Not happy that they turned the parking into a paid parking lot. hmm. is it really worth it??? And, I was quite surprised to see construction workers eating outside in the small table area. Hmm, lunch break, I guess.

This is a nice sized shopping center that has a nice range of stores to give everyone a reason to go there. They often have entertainment in the center which is nice also. We were not charged for parking when we were there and it would have definitely impacted if we went there or not. Visited the shops 3 times... More

this place is just another version of whalers village but in wailea. it has a really bland corporate feel, not much personality. the shops are not particularly interesting- some attempts to feel upscale like tiffanys and gucci, some midlevel shops, and some shlock. lapperts ice cream, which is pretty mediocre. a couple art galleries to waste time and money. dont... Recently went to shop & have coffee @ The Shops of Wailea. Now the idiot owners have decided to charge for parking! Disgraceful!!! Locals- like us will stop going here. How can you justify stopping & going to the Coffee Bean & getting an extra charge???? I understand this new "Idea" is to increase revenue & sell the Center for... More

This shopping precinct is close to all the resorts, so predictably it is slanted to that market. Rolex, Gucci, Prada etc ( and many more of that ilk present). What I like about it, is that it is small enough to have a good look Round at some quality retail outlets, without having to spend 1/2 a day there. There... More

This was our 7th trip to Maui and we always stay in Wailea. We rent a condo that is within walking distance to the Shops so we rarely park there but now that they are charging outrageous parking fees, we decided to boycott the whole place. It is a shame as there are some great stores and it is a... More

The prices are not bad for shopping but recently they just added pay parking $18.00 so sad trying to make more money on top of your shopping. I'm boycotting shops of wailea still they get rid of the paid parking. It's just not right. I feel sorry for the shops now.

We enjoyed spending a morning looking at all of the shops. They have everything; great clothing stores, handmade jewelry, a lot of jewelry shops, an ABC store with groceries, gifts etc. An art gallery, many designer stores. There are at least 3 great restaurants.

We were early to one of our preplanned events and we ended up here to kill some time and it worked but its just an outdoor shopping center with expensive stores, tourist stores, and a few general stores. We shopped only at the ABC store to pick up some essentials but I wouldn't waste my time paying to park here.... More
