Played two rounds at each course on most recent visit. Emerald, which is more visually interesting in my opinion, had been punched a week earlier, and could hardly tell. Gold is a little more straightforward, but tougher, though still fun Pace was good All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the starters crew, who I interacted with the most

My wife and I played the Wailea gold course recently during our vacation in Maui, The gold course is nice, well maintained, in good condition. the only thing missing is the view on the ocean, you hear the waves crashing on the shores but no view. It is challenging and fun to play. it was a good ride from Kapalua... More

The golf courses are good not great. Its pretty busy as one would expect. Driving range is a bit disappointing because you hit off mats and up the hill. Staff was ok.

Mahalo for playing the Wailea Golf Club and taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your business and honest review. We alternate our driving range between natural grass and mats as part of our standard maintenance program, and always have chipping and putting available on natural grass. We want your experience with our staff to be more than... More

I played the Emerald course which is a great layout, in top condition, and just drop dead beautiful. We were a group of four keen golfers, on holidays - and were all very pleased with the day. A stunning clubhouse too. We had lunch before playing, then drinks afterwards. It's a hard life.

We played the Wailea Gold Course and it was in the best condition that I have seen it in years. Nice to play down in Wailea on days when the island has trade winds. Wailea manages to miss most of that, so you get a break from the strong winds that are so prevalent on most of the Maui courses.

We played the Gold Course, and although we were told the other two course here (Blue and Emerald) were slightly more scenic, we thought the Gold Course was scenic, and we had the course all to ourselves. The course played fair, and was in great shape. I think of it as an above average resort course. The greens rolled true,... More

the golf course was outstanding and vistas were second to none. Course was in immaculate condition, fairways, tees and greens were great. I was paired with another single and we had a great time. The only problem we had was after we finished we went to the clubhouse for some liquid refreshment. We were the only ones sitting on the... More

Pristeen conditions at this course and a low slope rating make this a fun, user friendly course. Just wish the green fees were a bit lower. $179 for a weekday morning seemed high. Very few golfers were on the course. Could the price be the reason. Large selection of merchandise in the pro shop. Again very pricey.

Golf doesn't get a whole lot better than when its being played in Hawaii. When you find yourself in the Wailea area of Maui, don't miss the Wailea Golf Club. Multiple courses and tee boxes will challenge every level of golfer. The trade winds and occasional rain showers will test your ability to read some rather fast greens. Amazing golf,... More

My wife and I played both of these courses on a recent visit. The Emerald is definitely a more scenic course with flowers and ocean views that were unbelievable. Of course, my wife liked this course the best. It was not a difficult course and for us the greens were much easier to read than the gold course. The course... More
