We loved this area. It was glistening, sparkling clean torquoise watter. You can swim without waves crashing into you.

Yes, you'll see surfers and boogie boarders. Seriously THE best beach in all of Maui, just hike over the hill from Big Beach and BAM...you're there. Little Beach is a beautiful beach with soft white sands and clear water. Snorkeling is very good there along the rocks on either end to the beach where the coral starts. Lots of action on the beach if you like eye candy! Not really suited for little kids but older teens might fit in? I do like snorkeling there. Lots... More

What an amazing beach to enjoy clothed or au natural (naked)! Little beach didn't disappoint with an eclectic and exciting group of people all coexisting in harmony. The drum circle was amazing as were the dancers who jumped up to join the fray. Not necessarily the best for kids, but for adults who enjoy or don't mind nudity, it is... More

The first thing you should know is that this is a clothing optional beach. The second thing you should know is that is like every other beach in Maui with sunbathers and body surfers, its just that everyone, or most everyone is partially or totally nude. "Front" side of the beach is usually local surfers the middle is locals and... More

this beach is clean, enjoyable, great water and surroundings. Given the amount of effort it takes to get there it is surprising that some visitors do not understand or approve of the fact that some people do not wear swim suits. It is optional and the "Big Beach" next to this one is traditional if that is what you want.... More

Little Beach has been a favorite destination for my wife and I every time we get to Maui. The crowd is diverse and friendly, but not a bit intrusive. Nude bathing is practiced by approx. 75% of the visitors, so you can really feel pretty comfortable either way. If you are new to the nude beach scene Little Beach is... More

My wife and I ventured to little beach while relaxing on big beach. We only needed to take a few steps onto the beach to see that it was not for us. If seeing octogenarians playing paddle board in their birthday suits, sans tan lines, is attractive to you, then making the short hike to little beach may be worthwhile.
