My first time at a nude beach, I decided to join in. It was a very fun experience and will be returning in February! Good clean fun

Little Beach has been a favorite destination for my wife and I every time we get to Maui. The crowd is diverse and friendly, but not a bit intrusive. Nude bathing is practiced by approx. 75% of the visitors, so you can really feel pretty comfortable either way. If you are new to the nude beach scene Little Beach is... More

My wife and I ventured to little beach while relaxing on big beach. We only needed to take a few steps onto the beach to see that it was not for us. If seeing octogenarians playing paddle board in their birthday suits, sans tan lines, is attractive to you, then making the short hike to little beach may be worthwhile.

wonderful beach - although you do have to climb a steep lava hill with steps - be prepared with good shoes and balance. Once you are over the hill and down onto the beach you will not be disappointed. Clean, quiet and respectful. Take everything you need for the day because there are no facilities or food in the area.... More

My wife and I walked into this beautiful beach. The sad news was that we turned around and left. The beach was covered with gross old nude men. Only 20% of the people were nude and 99% of them were old men over the age of 60. It is said that they don't clean this beach up.

This is a delightful little cove fairly easily accessed from Big Beach at Makena State Park. Water was crystal clear and the sand clean and soft. About 2/3 of the patrons chose to bare all. We returned several times during our 10 day stay on Maui.

Only if you can handle nude, gay and music in general. It's a free spirit beach and the party starts in the evening for locals. It's right next to the big beach and you can always use big beach if you get overwhelmed ;-).

Go on a Sunday and bring your bongos, tambourine or whatever you can drum with and join the folks who meet there for a wonderful drum session on the beach. Be aware, clothing is optional.

This was the best beach that we visited. The sand was soft, the waves were perfect, and the scenery was amazing. Yes, as others have stated, this is a nude beach and if you are not comfortable with that then don't go. If you comfortable then you will be able to enjoy this beautiful beach. I would say that the... More

Big Beach and Little Beach are easy access and wonderfully beautiful all times of the year. Continue on to the best snorkeling in LaPerouse Bay. Rent a Kayak and paddle with the whales . Dive or snorkle with the giant sea turtles. Zip Line upcountry. Breakfast in Paia with the rock stars.
