We went to the Wailea Marriott Luau, booked through our hotel concierge. It was really expensive around $450 for 5 people, including 3 kids (1 kid was only $10). We arrived very late, literally the last ones there. One of the greeters was actually waiting for us, called me out by name as we wandered in the crowd, and sat... More

We were staying at the Marriott and decided to do a luau. Was super convenient, as it was on site and didn't require leaving the hotel. Overall, we paid close to $400 for a family of 4 (2 adults plus 2 kids 10 & 7). It was not worth the money, even for the "we are here and will only... More

My kids still talk about how delicious the food was. The location was great and the show was very educational. We had a lovely time and will go there again if we visit Maui again.

First holiday to Maui we had to experience a Luau evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We were all given a beautiful handmade orchid luau on arrival. This location is idyllic overlooking the ocean and perfect for the performance of gorgeous dancers and fire dancers, very good! Dinner and beverages all enjoyed as well as the various Hawaiian activities on... More

My friends and I went to the Lu'au at the Marriott last night and had an enjoyable time. There are artisans set up selling jewelry and crafts, which is nice, although not the nicest jewelry we've seen around the island so far. The ceremony is put on well...the speaker is very clear and knowledgeable of the history and traditions of... More

The food was ok, the entertainment was ok, but the backdrop was breathtaking. The luau was on the beach and the seating for the show was great, just make sure you get there early to reserve your seat. I thought the price was a bit much at $110 dollars but I guess the price is comparable to other luau's in... More

The performance and setting are ideal. However, the food, drinks, and service are mediocre at best. I would recommend arriving on the late side to avoid the heat, too.

We attended this luau on June 29, 2015. It was a beautiful evening but hot. It was hard to find the actual luau on the sprawling grounds of the Wailea Marriott. There was some shade which made it bearable. Bring sunglasses and a hat as you are facing the sun for the show. There were some vendors selling jewelry and... More

Great show with some caveats. Get there around 5:30pm to miss some time in the heat. Food was served around 5:45 and the preferred seating goes first. We had a table up front and I watched our table sweat for the first hour as we ate dinner. You are seated with other guests which can be nice if you want... More
