Te Au Moana - Good Luau in a beautiful setting.

The food was ok, the entertainment was ok, but the backdrop was breathtaking. The luau was on the beach and the seating for the show was great, just make sure you get there early to reserve your seat. I thought the price was a bit much at $110 dollars but I guess the price is comparable to other luau's in... More

The performance and setting are ideal. However, the food, drinks, and service are mediocre at best. I would recommend arriving on the late side to avoid the heat, too.

We attended this luau on June 29, 2015. It was a beautiful evening but hot. It was hard to find the actual luau on the sprawling grounds of the Wailea Marriott. There was some shade which made it bearable. Bring sunglasses and a hat as you are facing the sun for the show. There were some vendors selling jewelry and... More

Great show with some caveats. Get there around 5:30pm to miss some time in the heat. Food was served around 5:45 and the preferred seating goes first. We had a table up front and I watched our table sweat for the first hour as we ate dinner. You are seated with other guests which can be nice if you want... More

We waited too late to try to book the Old Lahaina Luau which must be done three months in advance and is known for being authentic Hawaiian. We ended glad we went to this one. The Samoan fire dance is awesome and since we are not likely to go to Samoa we are glad it was included. Some luaus do... More

What a wonderful time! The food was awesome, the vendors had beautiful items at a reasonable price and the entertainment was amazing! I would highly recommend this to all!

The food was abundant and delicious. I really enjoyed the pork and the pineapple slaw. The dancing was good but not great. The lead singer/MC was pleasant and the band was very talented. The fire dancer at the end was the highlight of the show. The local craft vendors had plenty of selections and were very friendly. I did like... More

We stayed at the Marriott so this luau was the most convenient. The setting was beautiful since you got to watch the sunset into the ocean. The food was delicious! And I was excited about the fresh flower lei that I received. The show was entertaining but not as good as I expected. However, the fire dancer was amazing!

We had a lovely evening at the Luau. It's set right on the water front with a fantastic view of the sunset. You receive real flower lei's for the women and a wooden turtle for the men. The food buffet was really really good. The pork was the best I've ever tasted. A good selection of salads and accompaniments. The... More

Te Au Moana Luau-I paid for Premier and got a front area seating. What a disappointment. The entire time until the sun set we were in the direct sun shining into our eyes and ate dinner in the sun. There needs to be some type of shading there. I paid extra for premium seating up front but he better seating... More
