My party of 3 went to the Lu'au this past Friday evening. We ordered our tickets online and picked them up and paid for them at the venue. We were staying in Kihei and took a cab to and from the venue. We loved the luau! We had a family photo done looking over the ocean and it turned out... More

The location in Wailea is excellent for those staying near Kihei. The location was beautiful. Great views and sunset. Many picture opportunities. For the first hour or so we milled around, enjoyed the open bar, checked out the pig being pulled from the ground, and tried our hand at Hawaiian bowling. The show was good although not unlike others I... More

Good food, good drinks, good show. You won't be disappointed but make double sure to bring sunglasses and dress light as there is zero airflow with the hotel surrounding the location. Beautiful sunset and the performers and staff are great. Premium seating gets you in the front row and you get to eat first but all seats provide a good... More

There was an abundance of food and open bar. Many different dishes, which were fine and the pig, which was outstanding. The performance was elegant; it was little hard to hear the hostess over the background music.

This luau was recommended to us by the concierge at the hotel we were staying at during our honeymoon in Maui. It's located at the Wailea Marriot which was a short walk on the beach path from our resort (see my review on the incredible Andaz). The location for the luau was perfect; right next to the water with the... More

I brought a group of about 20 wedding guests to this luau right after everyone arrived as a way to welcome many of our first time travelers to Hawaii. It was an excellent choice. We had great weather, the service was outstanding, and everyone had a fantastic time. I have to provide the highest praise to the staff running this... More

The show and the performers were amazing. We had premium seats so the view was perfect. We loved every bit of it. The food was good bearing in mind it was a mass catered buffet. The roasted pig and the steak was the best. Stay clear of the pasta and the coleslaw though.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Greeted with a flower Lei. Unfortunately it started to rain, but they were prepared with Ponchos for everyone. I wish the food had been covered because I would have gone for seconds but everything got wet. The dancers and fire dancers were incredible!

The show was good, the food was so-so. We paid extra for seating in the first 2 rows and it was worth it with 2 small children. It's something we thought we would do once but if we come back to Maui, it's nothing we're planning on doing.

A luau is a tourist trap but worth doing. The reason for the low stars was the fact the tiki carver was not there after we were promissed he would be there. We still do this one everytime we visit
