This course was really good but the draw back was the practice area. Small hitting bays into nets off artificial turf. Not a fan of this. Practice putting and chipping green was below par. The course was very good. Fairway turf and greens were in good shape. The greens a bit slow however.

The clubhouse was part of a small strip mall, which is somewhat deceiving at first. You can’t argue with the location just down the street from the Fairmont. There’s a local coffee shop right across the street if you have any early start as the restaurant is not open so early. I made the tee time with my resort congeries... More

Coming from Wisconsin, it was nice to be golfing in 85°F weather at the end of November. Not used to hitting at the ocean. The course was in good shape. The greens were slower than I expected. Fortunate to be the first to tee off after an outing so we had the course mostly to ourselves.

Wonderful views and layout If only the course conditioning matched the Gold and Emerald, would be a gem Difference in cost between the other two Wailea courses not a match to the difference in experience Tee sheet management on my visit was weak; sent out as a single between two twosomes; course got terribly backed up, which made round slow

The pro shop has closed and is now in another building on another street--across from the Shops of Wailea--so don't go to the old one. There are no signs making the new location. We played the front 9 only--and I loved the Blue Tees making it an executive course for me while my husband could play the golf tees. (There... More

Great to take a break from heavy meals. Excellent food and great atmosphere with a live band playing Irish music.

The Wailea courses are the best...beautiful fairways and greens in a tropical paradise with the least wind of all the courses on Maui. The Blue is being upgraded..just got new carts last week, moved to the new clubhouse a few months ago, etc. But I am waiting for real sand in the sand traps (no stones, no hard pan) before... More

They have a new club house and re aligned one of the holes to allow for a parking lot.As a result they lost a few yards and Old Blue is now a par 71. The course is beautiful, and the setting fantastic. This was my first round on Old Blue and I found the layout to be intuitive. No surprises... More

They have made some changes to the starting/finishing holes, new clubhouse is nice and restaurant is really good. It's not quite as refined as the other wailea courses, sand isn't as white, not as well manicured, but you do feel a sense of history when playing it. Kind of old school. Great ocean views. Staff are really nice.

While this will not be on my top 10 greatest golf course list for golfers, this is the very top of my list for golf outings. I played here with a larger group as part of a conference event and this was the perfect course for that. Every hole (yes, every hole) has a view of the ocean. The fairway... More
