I stayed at the Wailea Marriott for a conference & saw a special rate of $99 for a facial so signed up but when I got the bill, it was so much higher than what I expected to pay. What they did was added on 20% gratuity on the original price of the facial which was $145 plus tax. Just... More

I was staying for a week at the Wailea Beach Marriott and visited the Mandara Spa for a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage! It was truly wonderful! The Spa is spacious and very clean. I was given a choice of oil to be used for my massage. The entire staff, especially my masseuse, Chelsea, was very nice. I was able to... More

I wanted to treat my daughter to a special day at the spa. The services provided was wonderful and professional from start to finish. However there was renovations with paint sprayers going on outside our room during our visit. We were not notified before our appointment that this would be happening during our spa day. I would have rescheduled if... More

This was our 2nd time to go; both times we went as a couple, getting simultaneous massages. Everyone at the spa is very professional and the setting is peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend treating yourself to their services.

I've been to many of the Mandara spas around the world and they are generally really wonderful. I had a Balinese scrub and massage and it was outstanding. The steam room was by the far the hottest I've ever been in. Overall great experience. They need better fruit options in the lounge.

First let me say I frequently get deep tissue massage to manage stress and tension, so I may have different expectations compared to some of the spa's target audience. The booking experience left much to be desired. The rather unfriendly front desk attendant, unlike most others at the resort, did not wish me "Aloha" when I entered and scowlingly asked... More

I was extremely tense in my shoulder and neck area and looking forward to a hot stone massage at the Mandara Spa. This was my first visit to the spa that was labeled as luxurious and I anticipated a grand experience. Upon arrival, I checked in at the front desk, completed the necessary paperwork and I was escorted to the... More

Ahhhh! Although I worked as a licensed massage therapist and I have experienced many wonderful massages, I had never treated myself to a "resort spa"; not until today. I couldn't get in to see "my" massage therapist at the last minute, so I decided to go for it and book a massage without asking the price. I knew it would... More

We did a couple massage.. Wow, talk about getting you ready to move at Island speed. The facilities were great, top notch and professional. I got the traditional Thai massage and after trips to Thailand, it's perfect. I recommend sitting in the hot tub at the pool first to relax and doing the steam room afterwards. The relaxation room after... More

Tucked into the ocean-front Wailea Marriott on Maui, the Mandara Spa is a "must do" during my stays at this gorgeous property. For years, Colleen has been my massage therapist; she's fantastic! I have enjoyed an array of massages from her including the fabulous hot stone therapy. Highly recommend! Tip: Marriott guests can enjoy 10% off massage treatments. If you... More
