Every town in Cuba seems to have such a plaza but this is one of the better ones. Well maintained with beautiful buildings, particularly the Teatro surrounding it.

This are is very well kept and organized. I went there during the carnavales and it was very peaceful. A lot of the town's historic buildings are around this plaza.

Pretty square with beautiful buildings and shady gardens in the centre of the otherwise somewhat non-descript Cienfuegos

Very good looking plaza. Colonial old time breathe. Mixed french/spanish style. It is worth to visit theatre and museum in the plaza. Buildings are in good condition, different than in Havana. Less crowdy.

Very vivid place... More
