This home has been in the same family for generations and we were fortunate because Miss Ruthie was one of our docents and she is a direct descendent. The house itself is very lovely and has a great history but what I liked best were the family stories, the living history.

Greeted with smooth mint julep and chocolate chip cookies, great breakfast and wonderful hosts. We have visited a number of B&B in Natchez ms this one is truly the best we are returning in the spring 2016.

While some homes are open year-round, the best times to visit Natchez's antebellum homes are the Fall and Spring Pilgrimage seasons when almost two dozen homes are open to the public for tours given by costumed volunteers, often the current owners of the home. Each tour day is split into a color coded morning and afternoon session (with separate tickets),... More

We stopped by Natchez on our way home to Missouri from Florida, to see a few more of the Historic homes we missed two years ago on our last visit. Natchez is a special place- Sherman did not burn it on his famous march to the sea during the Civil War because of the wisdom of the city fathers then,... More

We went during Spring Pilgrimage and loved the tours; buy tickets at the Visitor Center. Read the descriptions of each home as the private residences do alternate on which days they are open during pilgrimage. There are a few mansions open year round that are the most grand and historical. We enjoyed Stanton Hall's Empire console tables lining what would... More

This city is a walking testament to the pre-civil war era. Beautiful antebellum homes provided by this tour group. The homes are grouped where you get the best coverage of places to visit. The tours are very well marked, easily located. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I wanted to visit Natchez and its many fine Antebellum Homes for many years and this past week, I finally had the chance! It was so easy and convenient to purchase all of our Fall Pilgrimage Tour Tickets at the Natchez Visitors Center which is really easy to find. at 640 South Canal Street. The Natchez Pilgrimage tickets are $15... More

Throughout the year, visiting many of Natchez antebellum (before the Civil War) homes is a possible. Purchase tickets at discounted rates at the Natchez Visitor Center. Three homes were recommended by a local Bed & Breakfast owner: Stanton Hall, Rosalie Mansion and Longwood. The reason for choosing these particular homes is that two of the homes were almost fully furnished... More

Have done this twice. You get to see several mansions that are open each day. The only problem is crowds. The early mornings were fine but by 1pm things were too busy to really be able to enjoy. Go early in the day and stay away from weekends.
