I'd like to review the winery, but I really can't. According to the brochures placed at the Mississippi welcome center, the winery is open on Saturdays. We arrived on Saturday at 10:40 AM, only to discover that they are NOT open on Saturdays. We ended up purchasing a few bottles at a local wine and liquor store, but we would... More

I found this winery probably 20 years ago, and it is still #1 in my heart! I live in Louisiana, and enjoy the 90 minute ride from Shreveport to Natchez for the Spring or Fall Pilgrimage, and, on one trip, I went to the winery. I enjoy a light, sweet wine, and my three favorites are Miss Scarlett, Sweet Magnolia,... More

My friend and I arrived in Natchez on a Sunday and needed a bottle of wine - - went to the local Kroger. Do not do what we did!! We bought a cab sav, opened it, and guess what? Grape juice! Seems they only sell "wine product" in grocery stores. Is there anyone out there who has heard of "wine... More

A Small , little quaint wine tasting place that is family owned. The free samples were very nice and the girl that did the tasting was very nice. Great quick stop and be sure to buy some wine to take home :D

Awesome wine. We drive from Virginia to get a case every year. We love the dry and the sweet wines. My favorite is the Blue bayou.

My wife and I have been here several times. Always a pleasure to visit. This is a 40 year old family run operation. Don't be a wine snob.. they make dry wines too! You will be glad you stopped by.

I had been looking forward to this stop and wasn't disappointed. The owner's son greeted us as soon as we walked in and took us on a quick tour. This is a small family run operation so of course the tour isn't extensive. They are very proud of their wines and rightfully so. I knew nothing of muscadine grapes but... More

We will make a special trip to Natchez just for this wine. The sweet muscadine wines are great. I would definitely recommend if you are traveling through Natchez to make a pit stop at this winery.

We have visited wineries in the southwest, mid west, east coast and south east. We stopped looking for wineries once we found Old South Winery. The Muscadine Wines have a unique taste that really pleases us. They have a fantastic variety of wines - something for anyone. The proprietors are very friendly and make a visit very pleasurable. They have... More

It was no pressure to buy anything.. he answered all of our questions and poured us a tasting of everything. . We bought four bottles for her to take back to San Antonio. . And her... More
