Despite a snowy surprise, John showed up right on time developed a customized itinerary for us and delivered an excellent day. John was great, so knowledgeable about the area and the geology. Due to the government shutdown we were unable to enter all the roads to the Badlands and Mount Rushmore National Park was closed, but with John's knowledge, we saw the Badlands and Mount Rushmore, although slightly restricted it did not spoil the tour. My wife and I had a really great tour of the Badlands with john on 9/4/13. There is no rush.His knowledge of the history and geology of the area and poetry after the facts left us in awe! You have to experience the Badlands at sunset with John.Thanks John for making this a lifelong remembrance. carl from pennsylvania

Two couples of us spent a day with John Esposti of GeoFunTrek touring Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Needles Highway through Custer State Park. Got to spend an amazing day with John this July. I had a group of 38 young adults and children and John was great at taking us through many attractions in the Keystone area. Had a great tour with GeoFunTrek, really get a lot for the money, John was very knowledgeable about the area and did his best to give us a great experience.Looking at the stars at night was absolutely fabulous, never saw a sky like that before. I would definitely recommend this tour, Beautiful sights and lots of history and information.
