We went to one of the cave tours and it was something new for me. It's very cool especially if you haven't been in a cavern before. Good for the whole except for very little kids because some of the step ladders are very steep.

We came here based on the recommendation of a friend, but I don't think she actually toured the cave (her kids did). There are tons of advertisements for this attraction, which should have let me know it was more tourist trap, than attraction. There is nothing unique about this cave, there are very few formation, and basically, it's just a... More

First, let me thank you for taking the time to visit us. We understand you have many great choices of things to see and do in the Black Hills, including caves. While I truly am sorry you were disappointed with our cave I feel I must clarify some points. First, I too really enjoy visiting Jewel or Wind Cave but... More

There are a few activities at Rushmore Cave. The main attraction is the cave itself. There are two tours, one which is very tight and involves a lot of crawling and another that is a walking tour, but does have some tight places. Claustrophobic people won't likely want to do either. We did the walking tour and really enjoyed it.... More

I've done this cave tour 3 times now and enjoyed it each time, the tour guides are knowledgeable about the cave, there are great stories about many of the different rooms in the cave and how each was discovered. The Gunslinger game was pretty neat as well, I haven't tried to zip line yet...

We took a family tour and was excellent for all ages. Our tour guide was great. The zipline was fun. The 7D adventure was excellent. A great tour and fun for the price.

We had some extra time to kill and decided to visit Rushmore cave. The customer service was top notch and the attractions, especially the 7D gunslinger, were a blast! Would highly recommend

Just a short drive from the Keystone downtown area. Our tour was run by one of the owners of the cave. He did an excellent job of describing both history and geology of the area. The cave is narrow in some places, but we enjoyed the different formations within the cave. There are also a few rides on the ground.

I only did the cave tour but it was really fun. The stairs can be a bit much but they let you rest. There's a lot of really cool things inside the cave to see and they are really knowledgeable. I ended up with two tour guides because one was still in training but even he did really well. The... More

Wow! Was here many years ago and they made so many improvements. The tour of the cave was just the right length of time. Guide was knowledgeable and spoke slowly and clearly and engaged all of us in a wonderful experience. After that we did the gemstone mining. That was fun. We also did the 7D Gunslinger Experience. Totally cool!!!... More
