We took the train from Hill City to Keystone in July of 2009. We got off and spent two hours in Keystone. Rode the fireworks express on July 3, 2009 to watch the fireworks at Mount Rushmore. The event is well run and includes champagne and soda with popcorn on the ride up. This is not a scenic tour because most of the houses have trash, junk piled up near the tracks. Most of the wildlife you see is deer and you will see a ton more on the drive in Custer state park for a lot less money. This is a waste of money. more
