Tazones is a small pleasant village with plenty of restaurant options. The restaurant el pescador is worth visiting as the fish is fresh and good. A bit expensive.

If it wasn't for the language I could almost believe this was in Devon or Cornwall! It was so quaint and picturesque and being out of season not very busy! A hidden gem.

I was in Tazones in 1990 and even then it was a sweet little fishing port, not geared to tourists in any way. The delightful picturesque spot & excellent fish. To reach Tazones you have a lovely drive along the estuary to the sea.
