This place has been around a long time and we found a discount coupon online so thought we would try something different for a change. We were in the mood for an entertaining evening out. The atmosphere is pretty much non-existent, and maybe makes sense - you don't want to have high expectations. The warm up act was funny and... More

Comedy show was great! We saw Josh Wolf and Jiffy Wild. We were very close to the stage and our neighbors. Stage is less than a foot off the floor. It is kind of a small venue. There are TVs around of the show but are very poor quality. Building is old. We didn't eat or drink. I'd go back... More

We went to see Killer Beez at the Punchline while in Atlanta on our last trip. This is a great comedy club that attracts great acts. Great service and decent food. We had an awesome time.

We went to see the taping of Doug Loves Movies on Sunday and had a great time listening to the act. The comedy is great and one of the guys on the podcast had a show later that night so I tend to think they know what they are doing when they are booking acts. However, the negatives that people... Ok really how do they get away with packing in that many people in to that tiny place? We saw Caroline Rea and LOVED her. The pre-show guys were great too, well done Punch Line team terrific line up. We were so glad it was assigned seat but book EARLY I would have rather not sat behind the poll as... More

We went to The Punchline for the first time this weekend and had a blast. The comics were amazing - my cheeks hurt from laughing/smiling so much. It is pretty tight as most of the previous reviews have mentioned but not so much that it ruins the experience. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating... More

We went for Valentine's Day and the show was great. Dealing with the club wasn't. My brother ordered the tickets and was told there was a $4.25 "handling fee" on the tickets. Ridiculous when he ordered the tickets on-line and printed them off his own printer. He called about it and was basically told it is what it is but... More

OK, so I did go to "open mic night" on a Wednesday so I wasn't expecting to LMAO. About 2 of the 6-7 comedians we saw were funny however I'm glad my friend got in free and didn't have to pay the $10 ticket. That said, the drinks were a good value and the bar food was fine (fried green... More

OK..this isn't some fancy shmancy bar.. this is a real comedy club, one of the most famous in atlanta. The seating sucks, the drinks are great and the show is always great as well. I love that the punchline always seems to book some great great comedians! A must! You will have fun and laugh your face off!

I didn't know about this place until a co worker told me about it. So my wife and I decided to go their while celebrating my birthday weekend. Seating was tight, we had seats at table 21. We were in the front I had one foot on the stage steps. And I must say I "LMAO". The two opening comics... More
