The stage has good acoustics, the people that go to the shows are fantastic and its in a great part of town. They get fantastic musicians and parking is not bad at all. The best part is before or after the show there are a ton of restaurants around the venue. I believe this venue was upgraded and its just... More

My son and I just saw Trombone Shorty there last weekend. We traveled from SC as I had been wanting to see him and this was the closest venue on a weekend. I was pleasantly surprised with the large lobby area and all around updated and clean viewing area, restrooms, and balcony. There are two large bar areas with multiple... More

Nice venue! Standing room only downstairs and first come first serve seating in balcony. Nice bar areas with monitors showing the stage, plenty of room to move around without feeling overwhelmed. Restrooms large, bright and spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to return. The only downfall is if someone taller than you sits in front of you and prepare to crane your... More

I have seen two concerts there within the past year. The latest was last night performing was Lake Street Dive. The first concert, Milk Carton Kids, had assigned seating, which was good except from sitting next to the maintenance closet/room where noise was happening throughout the performance. Last nights concert was general admission. The staff/security guards were extremely friendly and... More

Saw Justin Heyward acoustic concert and sat in exactly the seat number I purchased. View was good, acoustics excellent, and no annoying people in front standing up. Maybe because this was sponsored by GPTV there was assigned seating, but it was a very enjoyable evening, smaller and more intimate than the Fox.

Bought tickets and had seats in the balcony. It was a great venue and we were glad we were able to sit for the concert. The People downstairs stood for 3-4 hours.

The venue itself is great to get an intimate performance, but be prepared to stand regardless of what your ticket says. There are only about 100 seats in the balcony. The rest is standing room only in front of the stage (think rock concerts and mosh pits). Depending on how many people attend can make a difference, too. The performance... More

I purchased tickets to see Dwight Yokam, seating chart CLEARLY showed rowed letters, tickets have seat and row numbers on them. When I arrived with elderly handicapped person, NO SEATS were there, it was all open floor so we had to stand for 3 1/2 hours. False advertising, bait and switch, rip-off. Will never go there again.

My husband and I love Dwight Yoakum and saw he was coming to Atlanta. He was playing at the Buckhead Theater and I remember in the 1980s this venue was a movie theater that served beer and you could sit at little tables to enjoy the show. I was very intrigued to go to such an intimate setting for a... More

I recently visited the Buckhead Theater (formerly known as The Roxxy) to see the hit comedy stage parody: Fifty Shades of Gray. The Theater was renovated nicely with a bar to the right if the entrance. I didn't purchase any so I cannot rate the service. The stage room has 4 main seating sections with a long aisle in the...
