Great Event...wonderful artwork and lots of food and fun for the entire family...the park is spacious, well laid out, and beautiful, with many sitting, relaxing areas around the lake. Fun for all!

Beautiful green space, lots to do and see all while enjoying the stunning Atlanta skyline. Number of local festivals held here, from art, music and cultural. Take a stroll with your dog, or dance on the lawn with your friends.

This park is a very big green space with bike trails, walking areas, tennis courts, swimming pool, playgrounds. It surrounds a small lake that you can sit in swings or benches to watch the ducks on the lake. The people watching is also good, with skateboarders, roller bladers, and bikes rolling around the paths. At the moment the grass is... More

I just spent the weekend at the Dogwood festival and I would highly recommend that. The park was beautiful and there were many restaurants nearby.

Piedmont Park is a clean park. Good for self, family and friends. If you want to relax on a lawn, walk the dog, run some miles, hike some trails, or listen to some live music on weekends, this park will please.

I love the tranquility of Piedmont Park in the midst of Midtown Atlanta! I love the pond area and the water lilies, but the entire park is beautiful and well maintained. People gather there for picnics, skating, skateboarding, dog play, strolling and jogging the extensive paths. You can usually catch musicians or artists there practicing their art, and the Dogwood... What can be said bad about Piedmont Park? At one time, it would be the parking. But years ago, a new parking deck took care of that oversight. Be ready to walk, be sure to have your glasses for great people watching while you walk, run, have a picnic, walk your dog, or take a dip in the pool. After... More

We went to the Dog Wood Festival Saturday and had a great time. It was pretty easy to find (just followed the crowd) and while there were a lot of people wandering around the park it was neat and clean. There were so many trees and flowers in bloom and the grass was green. It was so beautiful and we... More

You might be surprised to learn, but Atlanta has some great parks and green spaces. Hands down, though, my favorite is Piedmont Park. For one thing, it's huge, so you can walk or bike miles in it. For another, it has so many different things - hills to sit on under a tree, a lake, a gazebo, a track, playing... More

The park is nice during quiet time and during festivals with crowds..my favorite is to play tennis at night with the lights of the city on the horizon
