Art music, and food venues are very crowded. Great place to meet and mingle with large diverse crowds. None event days are quiet and peaceful. The lake is a serene setting with benches and swings. The designated dog area is great for letting your dog loose :) Great walking trail.

Can't beat the view of the city sky scrapers. Great big park for everyone including your pet. On beautiful day, nice to come out and have a picnic and let the kids run around. Lot of walking and jogging trails. Also, bike trails.

The park was within walking distance from our hotel, a little over a mile. On this particular Saturday, there was a farmers market and an ice cream festival. The soccer fields were in full use as was the beach volleyball courts. The park is bike and foot traffic only. Plenty of elevation changes to get a good workout. Loved it!

Great place for a walk, run, or just laying around talking. You can get some good pictures too. Parking can be a problem depending on the time of day you get there, weekends can be bad.

During the weekend we attended the park, they had all of the number #1 Food Trucks in Atlanta at the park along with live music. The parking was terrible but the food was great.

I love that Atlanta has a manageable sized park in Midtown. It's beautiful and seeing the tall buildings reflected in the ponds during morning runs is a great way to start your day. The neighborhoods to the west of the park are great too.

I've been to this park years ago but have been going to this park consistently for about a month now because of league kickball games being played here. I stopped going because of the limited parking. We used to have to park in the surrounding neighborhood and risk getting a parking ticket. Now they have a parking deck - great... More

This park is very well cared for and very pretty. It has lots of amenities for adults and kids alike. Great place to visit and relax and would recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta.

Take some time to escape the busy streets. Just steps from the high rises, you can walk for miles in the park. The Botanical Gardens are on the edge, along with Park Tavern on the other side (if you want a bite to eat). The park will also lead into the belt line if you're interested in a real long... More
