We had dinner at The Nook and walked over to the park afterwards. I was nice to see the park being used by so many people.

Like a small version of Central Park, Piedmont Park has curving pathways under trees and around ponds and along large open green spaces. This park is a big draw on the weekends and can be filled with people having a picnic, playing frisbee, walking and riding bikes. It is not a park in a Central Park kind of sense. Some sport facilities. You can bring your own drinks there though.

Piedmont is always a nice big park to stroll around on a nice day. Grounds are well kept and we never have any issues.

It's a beautiful clean park, perfect for picnics. We saw lots of people walking their dogs there, playing catch with their dogs, exercising, playing beach valleyball (there's a sandpit there), and lovebirds snuggling under picnic blankets... We had a picnic there, but it didn't last long because it was very cold the day we were there, however, it was still... More

If you want to people watch, which is probably one of the best activities in this park, not even kidding, there are many good spots... More
