Everyone one has time and a place to go at the park. Its HUGE and has so many different sections, I still can get lost. The dog parks are large and fun. Big open areas are nice for private walks or intimate dates. The landscaping is top notch. Well kept and In the heart of Atlanta, parking is a bit... More

I think Piedmont Park is a wonderful place to roam and enjoy part of your day in the midtown Atlanta area. There's a botantical garden in the northwest corner, a lake, places to picnic, walking paths, and activity fields. It also has historical significance as a site for an international fair about 100 years ago. There are lots of shops... More

If you had seen this Park thirty or so years ago you'd better appreciate it ! Their 'Friends of The Park' have done such a fine job, our compliments. Just walk the perimeter, then wander around the ponds, then take a dip in the pool, then come back to the adjoining Botanical Garden for their flowers, or perhaps a concert,... More

Piedmont Park is truly a beautiful environment ... made even better with all the improvements that are happening. We always make it a point to do several walks in or through the park on our Atlanta visits. Bravo to the staff, volunteers, patrons, etc. for an exception city park.

Went out with friends on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, with a picnic basket, some cards and a couple of blankets. We planted ourselves not far from the water, near the concession stand, and that was the perfect spot. Piedmond Park is well kept and like I said great for people watching.

Visited for the Dogwood Festival and as always Piedmont Park didn't disappoint. Even with a crowd of people there for the festival, you didn't feel crowded. The park had plenty of facilities (food, bathroom) and they were as clean as can be expected. This is just a great place to go and is a fantastic in-city park.

How great to have a huge park like this in the middle of the city. Passive areas as well as active sports areas and lots of running/walking paths. Just like Central Park.

I strolled through the park on the day there were vender there. None of the items for sale caught my eye but i fell in love with the food. Everything was fresh. I can still taste the crab cakes and grilled corn. Well worth the walk.

This was the perfect place to take my son to walk and play and just enjoy being outside. The area is just beautiful and has great places to eat surrounding it. A lot of events take place here so be sure to check the website.
