We have been to several shows including "Stan the Lovesick Snowman" and "Weather Rocks" as well as visited the museum on site. Whether you are young or simply young at heart this is a great entertainment venue. We will take in many more awesome puppet shows!

My 4 year old and I recently visited the Center for Puppetry Arts and saw Charlotte's Web. The center is located off of 75 on the other side of the high way from Atlantic Station. The venue is fun and clean with many small museum rooms. I hear they are renovating a new wing that will be a Jim Henson... More

We went to visit place in April 2014. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed the play (Charlotte's Web). I liked a short presentation after the show, when actors were showing and explaining different types of puppets and various theatrical tricks. Place is filled with school tours so you may sit between young and screaming kids but their chaperones usually keep... More

Love this theater, their work, their choice of repertoire, their commitement to quality performances. This is one of the few artistic venues in Atlanta where you get exactly what you expect. No big advertizement for mediocre performances. Our children and adults in Atlanta are lucky to have such a theater company where quality is consistent and each performance is better... More

The Center for Puppetry Arts is a little out of the way, but it's worth the short trip. It is an easy walk from the MARTA Arts Center station. We didn't stay for the Puppet Show, but there was plenty to explore for the 45 minutes we were there. The museum is split into two different sections. The first features... More

We stopped to visit this place based on the ad that they have a special Muppet exhibit. unfortunately the place mostly had very old puppets and some Asian puppets. The Muppets exhibit had about 5 puppets. The admission did not include the show which was sold out. It took about 30 minutes to see this place ....$32 for a family... More

World class entertainment y'all! Take the kids, yes! But also check out their adult series, great for dates! The museum is cool too. Lots of Jim Henson, and I hear that the muppets museum is going to expand. GO!

Loved every production I have attended with grandchildren. Hands-on program definitely for school aged kids. Can get noisy before the program starts.

Although pricey this place has many unique items relating to the art of puppetry and its history. There is a great tribute to Jim Henson and several of his creations on display including Cookie Monster and Big Bird. It is located in what appears to be an old school with parking in the back.
