Just got back from Atlanta. Visited the GA Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park and CNN Studio. My favorite was the CNN tour. It is informative and fun. Saw a prompter and how it worked, also saw how the Harry Potter invisible cape worked and how Capt Dan's legs disappeared in Forest Gump. Saw the news gathering hub and a... More

I had been saying for years that I was going to take this tour but never got around to it. I am glad that I finally did because it was really interesting. I agree with NewEnglandTraveler11 - it's a bit dead on the weekends, so a weekday tour would be more exciting. The guide answered all of our questions and... More

The most exciting part of the tour was the escalator ride up and my friend trying to break dance in front of the Green Screen that a camera was facing. The tour guide was okay. We saw a lot of tv's, cameras, computers and office workers sitting at their desks, which is exactly what should be expected in the headquarters.... More

When in Atlanta, I would certainly make time for this tour. Takes about one hour and with the right guide - certainly worth your time and money. If you're not in the entertainment industry it is pretty cool to see what happens behind the scenes at one of these major new corporations.

Of all the tours we took during our stay the was the very best. We took the vip tour, well worth the extra money. We went early and was only 5 in tour. the tour guide was great. Would go back.

Found myself in Atlanta w/e of 19-21 May. A friend and I toured this building. The tour was canned and rote, and probably not worth the $12 pp if you have a group. One tidbit - tour is free with military ID, so we actually got 2 for $12. Plan some extra time to wait for the scheduled timeslot ...... More

Then tour was a nice and informative...not too long, but it's best to go on the week days as it's a ghost town on the weekends - skeleton crew, and all live recordings are done in the NY/LA locations and definitely no Wolf Blitzer within 50 miles. The building I can say is a beautiful and picture worthy ...you will... More

Great fun and really interactive? Loved this place and the tour, it was nice to see how the news is 'made' from inside the studios. The interaction between tour, studio and visitor is grest and really good if you are some what of a news junkie!! Afterwards it is definatley worth while a bite to eat in the lobby area... More

15.00 Dollars to see nothing on Sunday, and the employees so rude with everybody? Come on man. CNN should have a warning when the offices are empty and the news were recorded 2 days ago as happened on Sunday 20, 2012. I understand the security is priority but, do not get confuse with "employes abuse" of the all the people... More
