If you are in Atlanta you need to take the time to do the CNN tour. You'll get first hand knowledge of how news is collected, edited, and broadcast-ed around the world.

I went on this tour to see live action and did not see any. You see employees at computers working and some empty studios. You can get an insight of how some of the CNN network goes through the everyday workday. You can also pretend like you are a weather person and see how that works. Other than that there... More

The CNN tour is one to see, especially if you are a fan of CNN. you get to see the actual desks where they film & get to have interaction with tour guide. Have to call ahead to make reservations. Good family tour for teenagers.

Well basic tour how cnn works BUT nothing with enough live action. You will not see many anchors or live shows. You will see police like security that will breath on your neck anywhere you will be! More security than in congers and that will make you feel like a criminal on tour

This tour takes just under an hour for 15$. i found it worth it, as I like watching CNN, that set as a news channel a whole new trend in presenting global news, whether you like this kind of reporting or not. The tour gives you a small insight 'behind the scenes' and walks you past the newsroom, you see... More

The tour provided insightful details on the daily operations of CNN. I would highly recommend stopping here while you are visiting Atlanta, GA. Purchase the tickets in advance and make sure to give yourself extra time to find parking before your ticket call time.

My husband loves watching news and watches a variety of stations. He so enjoyed seeing Carol Costello at work. It was amazing to see the infrastructure behind 24/7 news coverage. Don't forget to save a few dollars the city pass is a great option!

Very informative. The tour sweeps-off your concept and gimmicks about the news reporting procedures and system. You are more confident about the news/ informations telecasted by the channel (s). To enhance trust in any news channel, such types of tour to the individual channels should be available (organised).

The news network started by Ted Turner is headquartered in downtown Atlanta, not far from the World of Coca-Cola, the reason why you can get discounted tickets to both. The CNN tour is, however, timed (ie, you pick a ticket for a particular time.) the booth attendant was very nice, and allowed us to reschedule the time I booked online... More
