My family bought the Atlanta City Pass (highly recommend it) and took the CNN Center tour. The tour was interesting to both the adults and pre-teens in the our group. We caught glimps of some of the CNN anchors. The kids were very interested in how things were put on the television. I think we created a couple of news... more

the building is fabulous and the so is the food court, but really, the 50-min tour is not worth of $13 (or $15??) out of my pocket... the tour is pretty much whatever behind-the-scene knowledge you know and can pull out from the internet anyway. They introduced the secret of the weather report scene... but there was nothing about the... more

We really enjoyed this tour, it was great, even though we were not able to take pictures of the center itself. It was fun being able to see how the news gets done and seeing it LIVE. We also got a chance to play "news reporter" for a few minutes. Our tour guide was also very friendly and knowledgable. Overall... more

I recently went on this tour and it was OK. It was kind of disappointing that you pay $13 for the tour and it advertises it will be about 55 minutes long and my tour may have been 30 minutes at the absolute most and that would be stretching it. The tour guide was friendly but seemed to be rushing... more

We were looking forward to the CNN studio tour, but it is pretty disappointing. The tour was brief and boring. We didn't learn anything new or get to see anything interesting. We watched CNN for 10 minutes, which we could have done at home. Then we just peered through some glass windows at people sitting at their desks. The tour... more

The CNN Studio tour is led by informative guides on timed tours through several TV studios dotted throughout the property. Complete with an indoor atrium between the office towers, an attractive, air-conditioned food-court and a few tasteful souvenir shops provide a place to browse or relax and cool-off from the sticky Georgia summertime heat and humidity. Visitors on the tour... more

They say the tour is about an hour but it's really only 40 minutes. It is about 5% content, 45% CNN propaganda and 50% being shuffled around like cattle. Our guide did not tell us anything interesting or entertaining. The tour is worth $3, not $13 per person. They made us all wait standing in rows while people had cheesy... more

The tour was OK. We saw a live taping of news and weather, but everything is done behind glass walls, so we could not hear what was happening in the news room, we could only see it from behind a glass window while looking down upon the news areas. I found it funny that the tour had a photo opportunity... more
