The tour starts in Ted Turners gigantic real estate property where CNN's headquarters are. You have to climb the largest escalator in the United States and work your way down 8 stories and explore different areas of the CNN news process. Very interesting to see how the news is relayed to the world. I would recommend this to anyone. Great... More

It was a very interesting and eye opening tour; being able to see what goes on behind the scenes of such a major news network. It was not as detailed of a tour as I would have expected. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

After paying $10 for parking you can explore various souvenirs shops before going on the behind the scene tour of how the mega news broadcaster brings the latest world news to you. You are required to go through a security screen similar to TSA so be forewarned. Throughout the entire 1 hour tour your are under close watch of armed... More

A interesting & informative tour, even if you don't have much knowledge of CNN broadcasts. I paid extra for the VIP tour, which consisted of just me & two others, & it was a fantastic experience. As well as everything the regular tour does, we each got to have an official complimentary photo taken behind a news desk & actually... More

We had the tour at 5pm on the last day of 2014. We booked the tickets online as recommended. The tour was fully booked so we had some high expectation. The lady who guided us obviously seemed out of energy. The tour was not informative as we expected. We could see the people working in the newsroom through the glass,... More

Tried this with my granddaughter. She did great, but I was stiff as a board. It was surprising how hard it is to read a teleprompter and look and feel natural. Gave me an appreciation of the newscasters we see on TV

Visited the CNN Centre during the recent trip to Atlanta. Its a good experience to see the functioning of a News Centre. The guide was very good and had a good sense of humour. Missed the chance to see any live streaming. Overall good experience.

Very interesting tour with our wonderful guide Paula. She was very knowledgeable about the history of CNN and all the intricacies of Production from start to going on the air both live and pre recorded! The general tour took us through the depths of the CNN studios. Since this was a general tour we were not able to actually enter... More

A very nice tour that you get to start on the top floor of the CNN Omni Hotel building by taking the worlds tallest escalator. You will learn about Cable news, blue/green screen, teleprompters and more. A first, we were not sure if we should take the time to do the tour , but it was time well spent, informative... More

This is a fun, informative tour. If you are a fan of CNN and HLN, and enjoy real news rather than fiction news as seen on another network, take the tour. It is about $15 per person, and does have a senior discount if that applies. The tour gives a pretty good view of how the news is made. You... More
