I expected to see the newsroom sets of both CNN and CNN HLN. Instead we saw the news staff from a window as they explained how they gather news. They also explained the origins of CNN and technology used through the ages. Some of it was interesting but not what I was expecting. If you take the tour, you will... More

It is a good place to see how they are making the news and the story about CNN and a little bit about HLN. There is a eight storey long escalator that takes visitors from ground floor to the top floor where the CNN Studio is.

I would consider this place the food court of downtown. Much cheaper than eating at any of the local attractions. Clean bathrooms and a good indoor way to cover a few blocks. The exhibit is cool for teenagers who like tech or production

We went there after having a leisure lunch at the CNN Center food court. There was no queue and we were just in time to join the next tour group. We learned fascinating facts about how news is brought from the location to the TV audience. If you're up to it, you can volunteer for a newscasting demo. You can... More

I guess I expected something more dramatically spectacular. It's an interesting building to see, interesting to see behind camaras, but that's it.

If you know anything about TV (you studied it in high school, college or interned at a station) you may find the tour pretty uninformitave, however it is still an amazing experience of feeling what its like to work for such a huge news station providing imperative news quickly. The tour is pretty quick and requires some walking, but nothing... More

They have moved into and repurposed a great space. Almost all open offices/work spaces surrounded by gadgetry. Really fun visit.

While in Atlanta for a business trip I decided to cross the street from my hotel and do the CNN tour. Being this my first visit to any major TV studio I found it very interesting although a little expensive. The tour lasted about one hour, we get to visit a couple of studios from the aisles where they were... More

I love watching CNN! The trip had lots of great places to take pictures. The only reason we went inside was because there was no line honestly. There are just lots of gift shops to buy things

The tour was silly. We had the "VIP tour" which still did not have access to any studio or meet anyone. In fact the tour did not even cover CNN studios - it had an outside look at the HLN studios. The guide was poor and it is NOT worth the price of admission. Please AVOID. You can get better... More
