This mall is a logistical nightmare. Save yourself the time and frustration! It is not easily accessible, and the layout of the mall itself is just crazy. If you have an entire day or two to casually peruse it, that's one thing. If you are doing earnest shopping for a purpose, it will frustrate you. I also question the security... More

Potomac Mills has soooo many different types of stores, you will find something for everyone. Be sure to stop by the service desk near the food court and buy the Potomac Mills coupon book. It's worth the cost, which is low, and it's free if you show your AAA membership card.

We love Potomac Mills. However, if you go, try to avoid weekends, as the crowds are oppressive. If you MUST go on a weekend (we went on Saturday and Sunday) make sure to get there when it opens or you'll be fighting hard for a parking spot anywhere. This place gets FILLLLLED up. The best deals to be had were... More

After a one hour massage at Healthwise Potomac Mills, I now can not move my head and neck without severe pain. It's been a week now, and I wake up daily with headaches, and the pain is getting worse. I went from being a healthy woman, that yogas 4 days a week, to not being able to look over my... More

Potomac Mills has something for everyone. We used to shop there when we lived in the D.C. area, but had not been back for many years. There is plenty of parking, the mall is clean, and there are lots of stores and restaurants. If you go on a weekend, expect a large crowd! We really enjoyed shopping at And That!,... More

I have outlets near me, but not the anchor stores here. Spent about 2 hours there yesterday and once again was not disappointed. Merchandise is organized via designer and easy to find. Got some GREAT deals!!! Plenty of places to get a snack and bathrooms are HUGE and clean....big plus in my book!

If you love to shop, this is the place to go. My best friend and I travel to Va.from Pa. every October to start our Christmas shopping here. There are so many stores here that there is something for every ones taste, I would think The place is huge so bring a good pair of walking shoes. It usually takes... More

Whilst in D.C it was recommended that we visit Potomac Mills not needing a car we took the metro to Franconia-Springfield and then the Omni bus to the centre. What a disappointment we encountered it was quite a depressing building from the outside and the shops didn't fair much better inside. The shops are nothing to write home about and... More

IF you like outlet malls, I don't think they come bigger than this. This mall has over 100 stores and a wide variety of stores that will fit everyone's budget. The only negative is it is just 1 floor and getting from one side to the other will take a long time. I made the mistake of walking all the... More
