When we checked into the Mammoth Cave Hotel, we were given a brochure for the Double J Stables, advertising a campground and horse back riding. I'd done some research online here at TripAdvisor and was a bit concerned with the other stables ratings. The Double J reviews were good, so we went with them.

Kids love horses. I am not a horse person, but I fell in love with these. Easy to ride, very calm. We had never ridden before this trip and we all loved it!

A very fun trip into the Mammoth Cave Park. We took the 2 hour trip with another couple and their child. It was a great trip. The horses were very good trail horses and gave no one any issues.
The trail itself was nice although we did not get to see a lot of scenery. We wanted to go on...
