We had a wonderful host(name escapes me) who is the chef for the cooking school. She fixed fabulous farro soup, bruschetta, many different kinds of breads, salumi, cheese, and we had to turn down dessert. The wines were good as well. The olive oil was good too. Next time I will definitely try the cooking school.

We went to the cooking class and learned how to make fist course of eggplant and cheese, pasta with simple fresh tomato sauce, chicken and potatoes and finallypanna cotta con salsa al chocolate. I had fun watching and cutting. The best was actually making the dough for noodles and then getting the finished product to eat. All in all a... More

We came to the Antonelli Cantina for the purpose of attending the cooking class. We were greeted by Wendy and Teresa, our cooking instructors. The class was held in the Cantina's commercial type kitchen, which was a great venue for the class. Wendy and Teresa expertly guided us through 9 recipes, including homemade tagliatelle, which turned out perfectly, thanks to... More

We stayed at Antonellis for over 2 weeks. Its an amazing place, situated aside of the main roads. Apartments are super clean and spacious. There is a swimming pool which is great atraction for children and nice place to relax for adults. The owners are extremely nice and helpful as well as the service. We had the pleasure of visiting the Antonelli vineyards at Montefalco and were so happy to have engaged ourselves with actual cooking classes from chef Wendy. Her personal ways of teaching and explaining the culture behind each recipe made us enjoy and savor the appetizing dishes that she taught us. It was worth the trip to have travelled from as... More

Went to try wines and were fascinated by the historic photographs and the anecdotes of the owner. The wine is excellent and we ended up buying - and subsequently enjoying - quite a lot. Also some excellent Grappa and some estate grown chick peas. Well worth the detour if you are in the area

My husband and I enjoyed our cooking class and wine tasting at Antonelli very much. Wendy is an excellent chef and teacher who lead us through the preparation of about nine delicious authentic Umbrian foods. There were only three other participants, so there was plenty of individual attention and camaraderie among us all. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We have had the Antonelli wines at many a nice meal in the Umbria area, so we wanted to visit the estate. However, the weather conspired against us. The closer we got, it seemed like the harder it rained. Anyway, we pulled through a large arched gate and drove down to the parking area. We then made a sprint across... More

Set in a backdrop of rolling hills, vines straining with grapes and olive trees lining the roads, this wonderful small organic vineyard gives a great feeling of peace and serenity. I had asked for somewhere to have a private, small cooking class for my husbands birthday which he and I and, my niece attended. I did not want a 'stock'... More
