Just a great, classic venue that happens to attract top-caliber talent to our little city. More

My wife and I visited the Landmark Theater (formerly known as the Mosque to long time Richmonders) to see Allison Krauss and Union Station. We always seem to be in awe of the décor when inside this theater. It is beautifully done and because of the smaller seating capacity gives a more intimate impression of the performance when viewing a... More

This place is beautiful. And the productions are top-knotch. My only concern is questionable acoustics sometimes. I've been to performances where I just could not understand the words. More

The theater hosts broadway shows, and is a venue for artists who come to Richmond. The building was formerly a mosque and quite beautiful. More

**Yes the Landmark Theater is old but it is the history" Opening Night was October 28, 1927.. it had 4 lunges, six lobbies, 18 dressing rooms, 42 hotel rooms, a gym, locker rooms, a pool, and a 3-lane bowling alley. What do you expect for the bathroom wait.? Ladies always have to wait everywhere they go. So don't judge History. More

Great time seeing the Lion King. The theater is old yet has good character. It certainly did justice to this most wonderful play. Only issue is we were advised to arrive 1.5 to 2 hours prior to showtime. We had no problem with that figuring we'd have brunch before the 1 pm show. The weather was pretty rough so we... More

Just got back from The Lion King at this theater. Paid extra money for the good seats -- worth it, great, amazing show! The theater is very interesting and historic. The lines at the ladies room were unreal before, during and after the show. At one point, they even opened up the men's room to use for the ladies!! I... More

We also saw Wicked at the Landmark. Our biggest gripe has to be the sound quality (or lack of it). I know it's an old mosque, and therefore it was never intended to have the volume and complexity of sound that goes with major production such as this one. It hurt the experience of what was otherwise an amazing show.... More

I really love this place to see shows. The seats are good even in the cheap seats. More

Well worth a trip, but plan ahead for parking. Many shows have a hold on 'late seating' which is better to avoid if possible. Theater scheduled for much needed renovation. Great variety of productions. More
