I'm not big on flowers, but this is a nice, big space. We went recently for memorial day and it was nice.... hot, but nice.

I loved the stick sculptures best. So intriguing! The gardens were beautiful and I took a lot of pictures of flowers. There were many friendly volunteers weeding, trimming, and pruning plants. I loved the greenhouse too with the exotic flowers. I also loved the fountains.

This is a beautiful place all year long but especially in the Spring or near Christmas. I will be going again soon -- when the weather cools down a bit.

First the negatives ... Employees at the Garden Cafe were having a loud conversation including the "s" word ... just what I want my two young children to overhear and ask about! The staff also cheated us on the AAA policy. Their website says AAA membership = $1 off admission. To me, that means $1 off EACH admission in your... More

I love the exhibits they bring in, I went to see the orchids, most recently the butterfy exhibits...the grounds are kept up nicely and the addition of the walkway around the japanese gardens is nice....

I attended a wedding here and it was lovely. I checked it out as much as I could, but I would love to go back and see more. It was just beautiful and there was lots of nice labeling, so a great learning experience.

No matter what time of the year, you'll see botinical beauties -- unlike some other major gardens I've visited, this one was "comfortable". Good walking paths, a lot of resting spots, spacious interiors, friendly employees -- from the great guys who went through some trouble to find my lost cell phone to the fun gift shop gals -- I spent... Almost as big and every bit as compelling as the NY Botanical Garden. Wonderful walkways and exhibits. We were lucky enough to enjoy the butterflies in the Conservatory. Not all the plantings are easy to connect with their markers. Kudos to the volunteers who were weeding, watering, cutting, and planting on a very warm summer's day.
