Took the four grandchildren here for the Christmas Lights and it was so much fun. They loved making smores and even though it was sooo cold, we still had fun. Will make this an annual event and hope to go back in the spring while the flowers are in bloom.

This was our first visit here. The staff was welcoming and very informative about sites to visit at the gardens. We started by visiting the Conservatory. We saw the special orchid exhibit which had so many beautiful arrangements. We also enjoyed the tulips and daffodils arrangements- the colors were spectacular. After we finished visiting the Conservatory we walked along some... More

Absolutely one of the best places to stroll with your significant other or with your entire family during the holiday season. A beautiful garden experience with the botanical area, and extensive grounds that provide illumination, educational info boards for children of all ages. Much more than the varied plants and trees... there is a display of elaborate dollhouses, a well-stocked... More

If I lived in the area I'd become a member so I could visit often. There was an orchid exhibition during our visit. Most outdoor plants weren't yet in bloom, but the grounds must be spectacular when they are. Staff was friendly. We didn't eat there, but they had a pleasant dining area. In good weather I'd take a picnic.

We've been married 10 years plus and the Gardens have only gotten better. It's truly beautiful. And to top it all off, they have fabulous dining at the Japanese Tea Room, summer jazz concerts and over Christmas- festival of lights where you go at night and everything has Christmas lights and is decorated into shapes. It's a bit pricey for... More

I visit frequently in various seasons and am never disappointed. The orchid show seemed more extensive and I love visiting the library devoted to gardens, plants, etc

What a great way to spend a chilly Sunday afternoon! We walked around the warm green house and saw the absolutely beautiful orchid exhibit. A huge variety of orchids were on display and each one was absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed a bite to eat during our visit--which was quite good. While we'd planned on sticking around for the bonfire... More

Must visit this place. So beautiful. The flowers and garden were just delightful. The hotel I stayed at recommended I visit this place and I'm glad I did.
