This was very reasonably priced and much bigger inside than I expected it to be. Loads of plants to see and although the car park was busy it seemed whilst walking around that you were on your own. Lots of. Quiet places to sit and when we were there an orchid display as well as a butterfly garden. There is... More

Beautiful gardens any time of the year. Grounds are very well maintained. Makes for a good day outdoors. Especially look forward to Christmas season.

I was there for an outdoor wedding in May and it was just beautiful. The place is well kept and the butterfly garden is worth a visit. There are places where kids can play and the tea house and koi pond is nice too. Just a great place to visit again and again. A must visit when in Richmond.

A place where there is a natural beauty in a pleasant environment. Well maintained. A really nice spot for the family or just a walk through the grounds.

They have an awesome light show during the Christmas holiday season. Beautiful lights surrounding their spacious gardens, plants and trees. Hot chocolate is very good. Young boys love the train show exhibit. Girls like the dolls. Definitely a family affair worth visiting. During summer also offer occasional jazz in the garden and has a decent restaurant.

I have enjoyed this beautiful garden in every season. There is always something to surprise me. It is lovely and I have enjoyed the jazz concerts after 5' in the garden to be very pleasant.

Flowers, water, trees and butterflies - what could be better! Beautiful grounds, enthusiastic volunteers and a reasonable entrance price! We enjoyed our few hours there.

I absolutely loved visiting this place. I have to say my favorite place was the butterfly exhibit. The largest collection I've seen on one place. The roses were amazing. The children's garden had a cute tree house and other buildings to play in. The gardens were tranquil and enhanced with water features. Get your camera charged up and go! You... More

I've been here many times over the years, esp. for the Christmas lights display, which is quite a treat. This year, a friend gave me a year's membership, cost effective if you go more than 4 times/year. I've been to the butterfly exhibit at least 5 times over the year. Bring your camera, or you'll be sorry! I've escaped into... More

These gardens and grounds are a pure delight. I particularly enjoyed photographing the many beautiful floral sites. The butterfly experience was unique. Loved it.
