Club Passim is a fantastic non-profit music venue, 120 or so seats, intimate and cozy. Many of the audience members sit at tables, where they can order food and drinks. The new restaurant serves mostly burgers, a couple of salads and sandwiches but great rosemary fries. The food is a little bit on the pricey side ($16 for a burger... More

Here's the place where the real deal authentic roots and Americana music shakes from the rafters night after night forever. I first went in 1979 to see the blues legends sonny terry and brownie McGee. Bob Dylan, Joan Baez and Pete Seeger are among the legends who have played here when it was called club 47. But the real glory... More

Passim is a small venue that makes it feel like a house concert. It's a bit cozy when full, but remember that's what it is. We've been twice to hear Mary Fahl and the acoustics are great. It helps that the singer is awesome. Our one complaint is that the website is not up to date with respect to what... More

The seating is cramped, but the atmosphere is friendly (hey, it's a folk club!) and the music great. If you're into this kind of music, this is one of the best known (and historically significant) singer-songwriter/folk music performance spaces in the country. Right in the heart of Harvard Square. Lots to see and do before and after the shows. Beer... More

Club Passim is a great place to hear music of all kinds. We went to hear Mike Block and Clay Ross (Pride of America Duo) and were blown away by their performance. Veggie Planet has moved and they haven’t set up another kitchen yet, but the beer selection was great. This place is comfortable and for people who actually want... More

Club Passim is a small venue to see live acoostic music. It seats around 125 customers in an intimate way without feeling cramped. The sound is terrific. The audiences are enthusiastic. The musicians appear to genuinely enjoy performing there. It is easy to get to. There used to be a restaurant sharing the space. Currently one can buy alcoholic and... More

Gotta get a chance to visit passim on a regular basis - great great talent! I wish the sound folks would pay careful attention to not letting it get too loud for such a small place in their enthusiasm - last three shows have been too loud - maybe they need to work that out better with the bands to... My partner took me here. We are visitors from Scotland, it was an amazing night. :it was a special night about the aquana awards . The non profit work is both humbling and magnificent at the same time. The food was delicious and the service great. Highly recommend to anyone who likes folk music . Definitely worth a visit

As an overseas visitor into town I had a great night here. Had a lovely snack and food, listened to some wonderful music (Anne Heaton) and met some amazing people who took me under their wing. Club Passim had been recommended to me by someone form home and Id have no hesitation in recommending it too. Great value and a... More

Passim was a staple of my music life while living in Boston. They not only provide consistent quality music for their audiences, but they also provide musicians with the support they need to learn and grow in a welcoming community. I cannot thank them enough for the many opportunities they provided me with. Go to Passim! It is your chance... More
