I went to Ryles this past Saturday night. No Static performed the music of Steely Dan. The band performed the whole Gaucho album as well as some other Steely Dan hits. They did a great job! It was a long show as rhey played from 9pm to 1230am. They had the crowd up on their feet dancing and it was... More

We had a lovely jazz brunch at Ryles, mostly lovely due to the company, but the food was good and the jazz was nice. I got the croissant French toast and ate it ALL. It comes with a side of fruit and your choice of meat (bacon, sausage, ham). My husband got the special omelet which he said was good,... More

It gets crowded and you get your screaming kids and parents, but its a great time, the music is excellent and the food is solid.

We hold all our holiday parties here. They do a great job, very reasonable and we are always so happy! We are so grateful to have them as our annual party for the holidays!

Went to Ryles on a Friday night to see the Black Sea Salsa band, an excellent 14-piece Latino group. Parking in the area was a challenge - public transit may be advisable if driving in circles looking for a vacant meter pushes your angry button. Arrived about 15 minutes before the 8:00 p.m. show. There was ample seating. Loved the... More

Low-key, been around longer than any of the hotel-based jazz clubs in Boston or Cambridge. Great spot for a drink, date night, chilling out.

Wile I lament that Mitch, the pit master left - the BBQ tradition lives on and Mitch would be proud. Still the greatest BBQ in Cambridge - this together with Jazz makes a wonderful evening. Don't hesitate to check out the scene !

We go for the jazz brunch on Sundays. The food is good, standard brunch fare. The atmosphere is relaxed and the music, by local performers of a very high standard, is always a fitting accompaniment to a casual, laid-back Sunday.

Ryles is a Cambridge tradition. If you love live jazz, in a relaxed, fun environment you can't beat Ryles. Years ago I spent many Sundays with the NY Times, a delicious bloody mary, enjoying fabulous jazz. It has gotten bigger but the essence has not changed. If you love jazz........especially live jazz, don't miss out on Ryles. You will keep... More
