Boston is a great city to see stand-up comedy, second only to New York and Los Angeles in the U.S. The Comedy Studio in Cambridge is one of the best, if not the best, places to check out up-and-coming as well as established comedians when you're in town.

We had a fun night listening to ten comedians along with host Sean Sullivan. It was a great night out and all of my family enjoyed and would go again. Tickets only $8 with small online service fee. I feel bad writing this, but the comedians were just not funny. It's very cheap, but I still found myself wishing I was someplace else. However, I could see it being fun with a bunch of friends and a few drinks on board. Everyone tried hard!

Check out this place, above the Hong Kong restaurant in Harvard Square. Ticket prices are very reasonable, only
$8 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and then $12 on
