Our guide was talented and hard working and it was a good way to introduce kids to top tier school but there were so many people it was difficult to hear and walking in a massive herd is never fun and the tour is not inexpensive. It's strictly the highlights so plan to stick around after and explore on your... More

I took this tour randomly, many years ago, before I started working at the University. It's a great way to learn more about this historical university in a fun, more casual environment (than an official tour.) FWIW, this site made me pick a date when I visited. It was not June 2015, it was many years ago. But I see... More

Absolutely loved this tour! A definate must if in the Cambridge area. This is an entertaining tour of the school and it's history given by Harvard students. Our tour guide was Jake, he was outstanding....funny and witty and I would dare say he truly enjoyed giving the tour! He really took pride in his school and his job! Look on... More

Leliena (maybe spelt incorrectly) was our guide today - $10 plus a well derserved tip for a 70 minute walking tour, with not too much walking involved and chances to rest up while learning about the history, culture and famous alumni from a Harvard grad. She was witty and very personable with lots of anecdotes. Well worth it, especially when... More

I have been on some great walking tours (Walk of the Town - DC for one) and I have done some bad ones (a recent Stanford one among them). But this one is the worst I've been on. And I paid $10 bucks plus a tip for it. Disaster. The supposed student (which I seriously doubt - can't believe thats... More

A really good tour with lots of information and fun anecdotes. Excellent guide even though she didn´t know the difference between Sweden and Switzerland despite graduation from Harvard. The tour took one hour and was outdoors.

The starting point for the Hahvahd tour was very easy to find, straight out of the subway station. Eddie was a great guide, providing a lot of interesting facts and stories about Harvard and throwing plenty of jokes in along the way. The tour mainly covered Harvard Yard but finished with a walk down to some of the nearby colleges,... More

On enjoyed this tour far much more than I anticipated. Our tour guide Zach (and his lovely dog Pippa) was very funny, informative and spoke clearly. I learnt a of interesting facts from him with regards to the school and his personal experiences of being a Harvard student. He was happy to answer questions and was able to answer all... More
