We recently visited and were disappointed by the run down condition. The lady in the gift shop had trouble getting my credit or debit card to run in their machine. She finally got it and assured me I would only be charged once, but when I got my statements they had charged me three times. They had trouble refunding me... More

We stopped in Fort Payne to see the great Alabama Museum and Fan Club. I Love their music, but this place is run down and needs a good dusting. With all of the money those 4 guys made, they should donate some of it to clean up this disgraceful place. We were very disappointed. Even the exterior is dreadful, faded... More

They will always be the best group and my favorite! As one of their biggest fans from the beginning, I was so excited to finally be going to their museum. But when we pulled onto the parking lot my heart sank. The blinds on the front looked like a tornado had hit. The tour bus on the edge of the... More

Being a big fan of the group in the '80s, I was looking forward to visiting. Unfortunately, the museum is very dirty and run down. Dust and dirt, leaking air conditioner, moldy, and burned out light bulbs did not make this a pleasant place. It's a shame, because it was meant to be a tribute to a great Country Band.

The "Boys From Fort Payne" and where it all started. Arguably the number 1 vocal group of all time and their history from start to finish. Lots of cool things to see and lots of cool souvenir opportunities. A must for the music group Alabama fan.

I love ALABAMA Band. I really expected a little more here. It was old and run down and some of the displays were missing...But all in all it was very interesting. They do have a great gift shop and everyone that worked there was very nice...

A lot of Alabama Band items from over the years and a lot of merchandise to buy. Shame that they don't give Mark Herndon the credit he deserves.

The country music sensation band, Alabama, has had much succuss in the entertainment field. Yet their roots remain in Fort Payne, Al. This is where their fan club is located. It gives a through history of the band's rise to fame. You might even catch one of the members there on your visit!
