Such a great idea to stop on the way from the airport into the city and it was very relaxing to wallow around in the milky blue water after an early start to the day. The silica really does leave your skin silky smooth and it was fun to have a glass of asti from the poolside bar. The little... More

everything at the Blue Lagoon is clean and efficient, however, I found this rather too man-made and spa like. I liked the thought of finding soaking baths in nature as opposed to this commercial outfit.

Just a very special, weird other worldly place. The natural milky hot pools surrounded by the rocky lava and nifty modern architecture let you know you have found somewhere special that you can bore the pants off your friends telling them all about it. You go on and make them envious, you make them curious, and better still you make... More

We did a stop over in Iceland for 1 night on our way back from the UK. After all the walking we did, it was so relaxing and enjoyable. It was unlike anything I've ever done. We floated around for hours enjoying the warm water. I got a 1/2 hour in water massage and wished I had the full one... More

I considered the Blue Lagoon one of the best places I went on my 10 day trip. We visited on our way to airport and it was the perfect way to destress. We floated in the milky blue waters with mud masks and green drinks. We had the most luxurious massages. It was wonderful!!!! Yes, overpriced, but what in Iceland... More

I loved the Blue Lagoon, it was so relaxing and the water was warm and the scenery beautiful. It had snowed when we visited, and was very romantic. We bought the facemasks to put on whilst relaxing in the pools and they were fun! We visited in November 2012 and we hired a car, so it was easy for us... More

This experience was divine. The facilities are very clean and the personnel are very helpful. The lagoon made me feel great. I would do it again when I am in the area.
