Such a nice tranquil place with pleasant folks about. Not a hint of coco butter in the air and no "ooking" and "eeking" from little burdens left to run wild. At first I thought the cost might be a bit high but the escape from the feral humans is well worth the cost.

The Garden is a great to visit regardless of the season. The venue offers a variety of programs and the scenery is changing constantly.

This is a beautiful place, a wonderful place to take a long walk and smell the roses. They have free children's activities. Try checking out a backpack with kids activities. Plan to spend time watching the mini train

A very nice and extensive changing theme garden. Some areas are the same always: e.g. the rose garden, the little train that takes visitors around, etc. Very clean and well maintained. A shop attached and large indoor space as well.. Themes tend to reflect the season. I have seen better elsewhere but for Omaha unique and worth going a little... More

We were invited to a wedding reception here and it was beautiful. It as nice to be able to walk through the gardens on our own as well. Well manicured and beautiful!!! Just an overall elegant night.

We are members and like to visit during all 4 seasons. It's such a pleasure, inside and out, to wander around and see what's new, what is in bloom, and what colors there are.

Any season is a great time to visit Lauritzen Gardens. There are walking paths to enjoy during warmer months along with indoor gardens to enjoy. Christmas adds a bit of extra magic in the form of a huge poinsettia tree.

Lived here all my life and visited the gardens for the first time. We often visit botanical gardens when we travel. Omaha's version is smaller than many, but is still a delight to visit especially during the cold Nebraska winter. We brought along our 5 year old grandson to see the train displays amid the poinsettias display. We enjoyed the... More

I have lived here for 15 years and finally visited the gardens. It was a refreshing experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful and unique gardens.

It gets better each time I visit, we had lunch and I was surprised by the quality of food and kind service. We will be back, what a wonderful representation of what Omaha has to offer
