First time at the waterpark for our family. Our boys and us had a great time! Only complaint--and not a really big one; but it was REALLY warm in there--I know they want to keep the water warm so it's enjoyable; I get that...it was just really stuffy.

Very big hotel. Wasn't expecting it when I walked in. It's a lot different then it looks like it would be from the outside. Staff in the little bar in lobby were very helpful. Tall bald gentleman and red haired lady were nice and gave a great reference of what to do in Omaha because it has been a long... More

I will make this clear. We did not stay at this hotel. However, we had booked at this hotel 2 months out for a party of 6 adults and 7 children. The plan was to attend the Husker Spring game and then head on over for a supposedly fun night with friends and children. To make a long story short,... More

Six of us visited Coco Key for the day. I was the only spectator since I was grandpa. A good time was had by all. Typical advanced (indoor) water park. Needed a little cosmetic maintenance but overall it was a good experience and just plain fun for the kids.

I was there for my wife's granddaughters 13th birthday party. Anna, at the frontdesk was just great. Answered our questions in a very professional way and helped us out. Steve, who took care of us, was outstanding. He made that day very special for my wife and I. When I told him that one of the girls in our party... More

We were just at Coco Key for a long weekend family trip and enjoyed it immensely. We have two teenagers and a three-year-old and everyone had a fun area to swim. The older boys loved the water slides, water basketball area, and the lazy river. My three-year-old has always hated water, but swam for the first time here because it... More

Staff made mistake after mistake and continued to make excuses. Used much of our pool time waiting in a tiny room for pizza they kept saying was almost done. Didn't get party host because they had more than one party going on at a time. Who scheduled that and didn't bring in more help? Very disappointed. I would never go... More

Had a great time here. The staff were very nice and helpful with my daughter's birthday party! It was very busy but the staff was still very helpful and prompt. The facilities were clean despite the amount of people there

The water was so dirty!! The lifeguards didn't pay much attention to the kids and didn't follow the rules (such as there were kids that were way past the limit in the toddler area that were going down the slide...with the lifeguard right there). People were walking around in their street shoes in the water areas (no wonder the water... More
