I suspect they let way too many people in.....probably exceeded the fire codes. They were out of lockers, so had to haul the stuff back to the car. The trash cans were overflowing, and there were used swim diapers everywhere. There seemed to be no rules enforced, and I hate to think of what could happen to small kids at... More

Pricing is as follows.....call me skeptical, but these prices for a hotel water park are insanely high.....and non swimmers have to pay $10.00 to sit and watch. Seriouosly? Monday – Friday: •Adults (12 & Older) – $30/person •Children (11 & Younger) – $20/person •Children 2 years and younger – FREE •Non-swimmers – $10/person Holidays and Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): •Adults... As mentioned in several other reviews the water park is dramatically understaffed. I could only find one or two young lifeguards the two days we were there. My kids are all pretty good swimmers so we had a blast not being supervised. We were able to go down the big slides somewhat freely which was fun for my group. Out... More

I met my daughter and grandkids here to stay and play. The Ramada service staff are pretty lax in their duties. We had to ask for bedding, there are no blowdryers in the rooms and the first ice machine we found did not work. We went to the water park. The entire area is poorly lit, appears very dirty... there... More

We have been to CKWP before and have read the recent reviews. It's true... If you child is not a great swimmer you will either need to have a life vest (provided) or be by them 100% of the time. They are extremely short staffed. IMO they are just an accident waiting to happen. I think the staff feels the... More

Each time we have visited this water park, we go for 2 days. We have gone about 5 times and each time either our kids are burned from chlorine or the park is shut down because the chlorine levels are dangerous. It makes me wonder who is in charge of managing the water. We have fun when we get to... More

Our family just got back from a mini vacation to Coco Key and we loved it! We stayed Thurs and friday nights and were very happy with our visit. We had the pools to ourselves Thurs and Friday! Did get really busy Friday night and Saturday. The water was warm in all the pools and the air temp was nice... More

I have gone to the Great Wolf Lodge in KC many times... when this place was built, I avoided it as I didn't even think it would compare to the GWL. But it does and only a few minutes from my house. What a great place for Omaha to have. Last year, I even did a birthday party there with... More

Took my daughter she was 16 months. The kiddie pool was ice cold turning her lips blue. I took her to the watersides and got yelled at telling me she could not ride down with me, but I could send her by herself. They said riding down together was to dangerous, but send her by her self at 16 months... More

This was our 4th visit over 2 years and with the exception of our first visit, we have noticed a steady deterioration in the state of Coco Keys. They no longer have lifeguards. There was only one worker in the water park area but she was also being summoned to the arcade and front desk area. The women's bathrooms were... More
