Everyone will find this 'ensconced' museum of some intellectual value. Inside of the historic Boulder Dam Hotel, several venues are available for the tourist and the price is certainly right. The 'stamping of the ticket' will intrigue the youngsters and it certainly contains information on the Dam that most people aren't aware of. More

I recommend spending the $30 and getting the full-blown tour that includes going deep inside the bowels of the dam. We stopped off in Boulder City on the way back from Hoover Dam and visited a local 'tourist shop'. The people were super friendly and prices were very reasonable. The shop is just close by the Post Office on the main street. More

if you like history you need to see the Boulder City Hooever Dam Mueseum, its amazing how they lived and how quickly they built the dam. More

Hoover Dam, don't miss seeing it. You will see nothing like it anywhere else. Can drive/tour down from Vegas in a couple of hours, worth the time away from the strip. More
