As a long time fan of Midnight Sun brews, I try to stop here when I am in town. I had the Mediterranean grilled sandwich with tomatillo soup and both were satisfying and delicious and I ended up taking half the sandwich for later. Service was quick and helpful and I enjoyed two new beers that I hadn't tried. I... More

Went for the beer and stayed for brunch. They have a great selection of beer and a pleasing brewery environment. Make a morning of it if you stay for brunch.

A wonderful place to eat supper, rustic loft feeling. I loved the smaller glasses for trying different brews. The Arctic Dvil Barley-wine was amazing.

On the outside this place looks like a warehouse...understandable...you're in Alaska. Once you enter you're greeted by an array of things to look at...the brewery operation, a host of things to buy(t-shirts, etc), a variety of things to eat. We were taking a brewery tour of the sorts, so given I was full when I walked in the door I... More

I filled up on a pint of one their specialty brews before the free tour. Well. on the tour there is so much sampling to do- I couldn't do it! I was already too full! Great guys giving the tour. They love their jobs and it shows. You will learn a lot about the beer making process. Also a great... More

My wife and I stopped here in August. They have a wide variety of their own beers on tap, including many that I don't think are bottled or canned. The beer and snacks we ordered were very good. The waiter was little absent-minded though and we had to remind him about our orders a few times. We ordered two sampler... More

Third & final recommendation from our B&B hostess, 3 for 3! This place is truly locals only, and better for it. We had the house brewed root beer, awesome.......hubby had the pastrami & I had the grilled 3 cheese with bacon. Hubby was a little put off by the onion marmalade, it was sweeter than he liked with his pastrami.... More

Clearly a local favorite for good reason. The beer was good and the food was excellent. Definitely a place to try out if your visiting Anchorage and want to try some local fare.

Midnight Sun Brewery has some really good beer/ale to choose from. It's a bit off the beaten path but it draws a big crowd. The staff was also friendly.
