Payuk was our guide. He drove us to the points of interest around Anchorage. Payuk was very friendly and did not rush us. Overall, a positive experience.

We arrived by Royal Caribbean in Seward. We had booked by phone with Dan. He sent us email confirmation. Dan was in our van training a driver. They delivered exactly what was promised. They dropped us and our luggage at the door to pick up a rental RV in Anchorage. I would highly recommend !

Sorry that your experience wasn't completely positive. The shuttle did arrive on time which is for a departure at 10 am for Norwegian Cruise Lines, but it seems that you (and possibly a couple of other passengers) were accidentally sent a confirmation showing the schedule for Princess Cruise Line pick ups which is 9 am.
