Thanks to Jim for making our stressful arrival in Anchorage airport much more pleasant. We arrived at the airport to find one of four pieces of luggage didn't make our plane, so we had to file a tracer. Jim was very patient as we had to spend about 15 extra minutes getting things aligned with Delta, in order to get... More

Our group of 24 took the northbound Voyage of the Glaciers which ends in Whittier. All flights depart from Anchorage, which is over an hour away as the crow flies. We had late night departures back to the east coast and so had an entire day to kill after disembarking the ship. Instead of purchasing a direct transfer, or transfer... More

Rather than simply get a transfer to the airport from Whittier, we chose AT&T. Judy made it a very informative trip, which included one or two viewing stops and a visit to the Alaska wildlife conservation park. Recommended.

Gene arrived well groomed, cherry, hospitable, and with a sign in hand identifying that he was seeking to escort us to Anchorage. We thought we were going on a bus, with other folks from the ship, when we found out that we would be escorted by a private limo to Anchorage to be dropped off at a selected destination of... More

We needed a transfer from Anchorage to Whittier to the start of our cruise, and ended up booking with Anchorage Tours and Transfers. They provide a great service, punctual and very professional. They picked us up at our hotel as agreed, and the driver was very friendly. He also gave us a lot of information as we made our way... More

We had a private transfer arranged to pick us up at Seward, a day tour and then city tour and airport the next day. All aspects of the transfer were excellent. Jim took us on the day tour. He was a really nice guy, full of fun and a great companion. Douglas took us to the airport and was very... More

Judy was great at running a tour for us. Didn't overdo it, safe and courteous, and was knowledgable at hailing animals for us at the conservancy!

After a week cruising we were picked up by Anchorage Tours and Transfers, Driver Doug made our trip very enjoyable. Doug gave us a running history of each area as we drove through it as well as stories of gold panning, fishing and the highlight was his resiting a story that lasted a good 15 minutes. We also were treated... More

This was SO MUCH more than a bus transfer to the airport with a few landmarks included. We ran into a few similar Princess-sponsored tour-transfers and I greatly prefer the small group size of Anchorage Tours! We never felt rushed or corralled. Jim was our guide and driver, and he was wonderful. He was great with our kids (12 and... More

An excellent morning's excursion on the drive from Seward to Anchorage as due to Gene's ability to tell the people on the bus about the important things seen along the way and at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. When we arrived in Anchorage he made sure that each passenger was taken to his/her destination and even given advice on where... More
