FANTASTIC!! The complete tour - beginning in San Francisco, then to Juneau, Skagway, Fjord Arm, Ketchikan, Victoria, BC, San Francisco. The entire staff made the trip extremely enjoyable. The only downside was only 1/2 day in Victoria. All ports were fun, with a variety of excursions with affordable costs. This is our 3rd Princess Cruise and we will do more.... More

Went on 2 glacier tours, this is by far the most personal and informative tour. Ben was so knowledgable, he is a native Alaskan and will show you places on the tour the larger companies will not.Lunch was on our own and fantastic, I'll leave that for a surprise! Don't miss this tour to Portage Glacier. It was the best.

This was a highlight of our trip. Dan from anchorage tours picked us up at radiance of the seas to drive us to anchorage airport. We had a great visit to wilderness conservation centre and saw lots of orphaned bears etc which had been rescued. This tour was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by 4 adults and 2 kids

After carefully booking each and every sightseeing tour months ahead of time, and re-reading each tour over and over again, I left our schedule open for the first 1/2 of the day on Monday following our arrival in Anchorage from New Jersey on Sunday at the end of August. I specifically booked the 2:45 PM Glacier Wildlife & Explorer tour... More

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry for the reservation confusion, we make every effort to make certain we do not leave clients behind. Therefore, when I talked to your husband, I offered to pick you up since you were a short distance from your hotel. He agreed. We did compare itinerary notes and found that both our... More

This tour was worthless. Maybe we got Ben on an off day, but he did not live up to any of the reviews below. He didn't give us much info at all, just a bunch of "who can guess what the state animal/bird/flower/gemstone" is. He seemed like he was bored out of his mind the entire tour. Hurried us through... I am sorry you did not enjoy the tour. One of the ways I keep customers engaged is to introduce myself as an Alaska Native Tlingit, born and raised and let everyone know I am from Juneau – the Capital of the State. After I introduce myself I encourage everyone to introduce themselves so that all those in our confined... More

Was on the Celebrity Millenium in July with port of call being Hubbard Glacier, Juneau, Skayway, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan and Vancouver. While a nice cruise with beautiful weather, amazingly no rain throughout the 7 days of our cruise, we find all the port of calls' shopping as well optional trips dominated by the cruise companies' businesses. As for the... More

While ;my wife was doing business I was able to spend some time exploring one of my favorite places. I booked this tour to fill an afternoon and check out the Turnagin Arm and hopefully spot some wildlife. I joined another couple and we were all having fun in a very short time as our guide helped make our exploring... More

We recently went on a inside passage cruise to Alaska on Royal Caribbean,s Rhapsody Of The Seas. It was worth every dime. The crew and the staff went way above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The ship was clean and in great shape. I always read about how bad the food is on cruises. This not a 5... More

To the professional team of Alaska Cruise Transfer and Tours, thank you for being most courteous and polite, especially to Mark the driver who helped me with my luggage as my hands were really tired. I am not sure if my great experience with you was because I was travelling with you guys for the first time but hey, they... More
