Just returned from the 10 day Alaska Explorer trip. We chose to do the Lodge based tour and were not disappointed. What an adventure! Our accomadations were rustic but clean and cozy. Went on the Alaska Ranger trip. Denali park was unbelieveable. Ice climbing the glacier is recommended as you see more than the glacier hike. The lodge is beautiful the last night.
