Our family goes every few months to the Imaginarium, and we're never disappointed. The exhibits are well maintained, and we learn something new each time. Kids from toddlers to teens find something entrancing, and some of us even take away a lesson in physics, geology, vulcanology, tsunami's and more.

What a refreshing, new Way to see art. As a frequent museum goer, I was pleased to see something different. I especially enjoyed watching the reaction of the young kids going through this exhibit. They seemed animated, and talked with each other about what they were seeing. The symphony music and movement made the exhibit fun. The images were slightly... More

We go to the museum on their free days. I love the imaginarium because I can be a kid and learn. There are many interactive activities that are educational and entertaining for all age groups. This is the most active part of the museum. Expect the little kids to be darting in and out between your legs.

Kids and kids-at-heart will enjoy this exhibit within the Anchorage museum. Especially popular are the BP Kinetic Space, and the bubble section, as well as the sea life touch tank, and the tsunami demonstration.

We love the Imaginarium. As we live in Anchorage, we appreciate that they keep the center fresh by updating and changing exhibits. Our kids young and teens enjoy time here, husband and I do too :)

Visited even though I wasn't traveling with youngsters. This section of the Anchorage Museum is wonderful. Families seemed to enjoy everything that the Imaginarium had to offer. Especially liked the section dedicated to toddlers. Well worth a visit -- rain or shine.

Wonderful museum. Great for kids!!! We could have spent more than 2 hours there. The kids (ages 10,12) had lots of fun.

We were on our staycation when we discovered an amazing family opportunity...the Imaginarium Discovery Center. This hands on fun is perfect for people of all ages. My boys, 3 & 6 years old, didn't want to leave! Honestly, neither did I. I highly recommend this as a family experience, and if you time it right with a fun exhibit at... More

Part of the Anchorage museum, the discovery center is especially good for children to explore a variety of subjects and have a hands on experience with many new things.
