We were recommended to do this by a colleague who had just been to Anchorage. We were glad we did as we had never done the segways before and really had a good time. There were only a few of us so we got to make good use of the segways. The information on the tour was nice as well.... more

Alan Weinstein gave us a great tour on Segways in Anchorage. We had already walked around the city for a few days by ourselves, but he knew so much more than any travel book because he has lived there for 20 years. He was patient with teaching our 15 and 12 year old sons how to use the Segways. This... more

Alan Weinstein, an Anchorage school teacher, offers a two hour tour of Anchorage via Segways for up to six people. He taught four of us to operate our Segway in about 15 minutes and then we were off on the tour.
