We wanted to see Anchorage but only had a few hours one evening. We contacted Segway Tours and they put together a trip for us on the spot, so the tour consisted of myself and husband and the tour guide. He was a local and quite interesting to talk to. We got the hang of the segways fairly quickly, and... More

Our instructor was not very informative and not a very organize tour. Had us form a line..most could not hear. I fell at the very last on sidewalk going into offices. The instructor blame us for being close. My husband ran into me because he was behind me, not because he was too close.

The instruction video was funny to watch and the segways were really fun to ride too. The instructors were really nice and helpful, BUT the tour was really boring for me. Honestly we probably would've had more fun signing a waiver, buying insurance, and renting the segway for a couple of hours by ourselves. Maybe someday they can offer that!

This tour made all of want to go out and buy our own Segway! What an interesting way to visit a city. It took mere minutes to learn how to move around. We were all very comfortable on the Segway by the time we reached the museum and turned up the speed. At the museum the speed was increased for... More

My husband is in Anchorage for busines, and my 13 year son and I tagged along. Looking for something to do as many things are closed, we called the Seg Tours of Anchorage and spoke to a wonderful lady named Mary. Although is was very cold today, she arranged for a 2 hour seg tour for us and provided me... More

After watching a short video, and getting acquainted with the Segway's for a few minutes we were off to see the city. Paul, our guide, was very familiar with the city's past and special locales, he mixed the just riding tour with some historic site visits, and at times giving us little history lessons on the city, it was a... We've ridden in New Bern, St. Augustine, New Orleans, Sarasota and this was the best by far. Two hours on a route that goes through town, over to the Coastal Trail along Cook Inlet, to the Ulu Factory and the fish ladder at Ship Creek. If you're lucky you might get to ride on the grass of 'the strip' (Delaney... More

Have you ever ridden a Segway? Well, in Anchorage Seg tours is the way to go. Not just to get around, but to have an informative tour as well. We had 8-9 adults in our group. My husband and myself have ridden Segways before but my brother had not. After a safety demo and some "preflight" instruction we were confidently... More

Recommend Seg Tours of Anchorage for residents and visitors alike. Paul Carey was our guide and we had a most wonderful excursion. Since we were all familiar with the city Paul asked if we wanted a tour or just ride around the city. We chose to just ride around the city and it was an absolute blast.

Segway Tours was a blast. What a fun way to see the city. We decided to try it for the first time with a diverse family of preteens, adults, and even grandparents. Everyone learned to ride in 10 minutes and we were off touring the city. For 2 hours we zipped around downtown, crossed intersections, navigated sidewalks, ripped through a... More
