Visiting family in Shoreline, on the north side of Seattle, and we went as a group to Richmond Beach Park. What a nice place to spend an afternoon! Great views of the Olympic Mountains, nice trail for walking. A beautiful park set aside in a potentially busy part of town. Walking distance to the library in Shoreline, and also from... More

A little out of the way park, with beautiful views. Small beach with wonderful driftwood and ice cold water. Water was crystal clear. Wild blackberries everywhere were delicious.

The only positive thing I can say about this campground is that is cheap and relatively close to Seattle downtown (approximately 15-20min drive). The camp is underneath an overpass and is close to the (very busy) Seattle Airport, so it is extremely loud. If you stay, just be prepared that it won't be a quiet and relaxing visit.

We came here on our Spring Break trip. We have a Discover Pass and this is the first time we used it. We as a family wanted to see ocean life in tide pools. Our trip here did not disappoint. We happened to come by as the tide left and we got to see Mussels, Crabs, Clams and Snails. We... More

I landed at this park by accident in May of 2010 and had a wonderful time all by myself. I strolled as the rain drizzled over my head from the beautiful forest right to the beach. A great place to take some time to yourself and absorb the beauty of nature.

When our friends asked my husband, an ordained minister, to officiate at their wedding they said they wanted something simple for just friends and family. Since they were on a budget, I volunteered to do the photography. They rented the upper terrace area at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park. When we arrived we were blown away by the spectacular view of... Richmond Beach Salt Water park is lovely semi-urban park offering great views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, short hikes, kite surfing, a playground, and ample beach front. Open dawn-to-dusk, the park is a fine place to have a picnic or to fly a kite, and a great spot to enjoy the local scenery.
